"The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, nothing to complain about there. However, wow, this hotel is definitely not worth the price – I'm glad I only booked one night! I got my room at 4 PM instead of 3 PM, and then when I got in, there were no towels. Plus, I was stuck for 15 minutes because the door was jammed! By the time I got another room, it was past 5 PM. There's a valet service, but you'll be waiting 15-30 minutes for your car! If your room faces the pool, you'll be hearing very loud music until 2 AM. Again, the staff are amazing, but there's a serious lack of organization, and for such an expensive hotel, that's really not good."

"The staff were kind and helped carry our heavy luggage to our room. There's a rooftop terrace with a view of Tangier, which was a beautiful sight. The location is great, but it's also lively and noisy until late at night, and although the room is clean, it's old, so the humidity doesn't dissipate easily after showering, which was a bit of a drawback. However, it wasn't a major problem."
