My stay at Grand Hyatt was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

Pros - Great easy check in experience. Best I’ve had - The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo. - Bathroom has a bath - The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures) - Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures) Cons - minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people. - TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room. - There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night.. - The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either. - The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable. We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’. Book a cheaper room

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

Hotel is pretty standard. Very near MITSUKOSHI, but streets in Kalayaan are not walkable. They could have mention some rooms do not have windows. Checking out takes so much time (5-8 minutes) to check the room. You need to pay 1000 php security deposit.

Upgrade to a one-bedroom and one-living room suite for free. The apartment room has a washing machine, and the clothes can be dried overnight. Equipped with simple kitchen utensils, you can cook simple meals. It's just that the air conditioner is too noisy, so you need to choose carefully for those who have high requirements for the sleeping environment.

If you’re planning a quick trip to Manila, this is a great option. Easy access, great location, and a comfortable space to relax.

The location is quite convenient, but the number of pings is a bit small. Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs. The breakfast is a lunch box. You can choose from three flavors. It's okay. There are shops nearby where you can buy things when you walk out. It's quite convenient, and it's close to the business district

It was nice and they are very accomodating. I will reccomend this to my friends and I will always visit here when i get back to manila. It gave a lot of memories

Nice bed, clean room, good toilet with bidet and hot shower with shampoo, bath soap and towels. Kettle and mug available. No complimentary water.
