"This is a beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The room facilities are complete, and I especially loved that the bathroom had a jacuzzi. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. For dinner, we had pizza at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. Staying here for our honeymoon was a wonderful experience and created many memorable moments for us. The hotel has beautiful swimming pools, especially the rooftop pool, which is particularly lovely in the evening. The hotel also has a wide beachfront that is perfect for taking a relaxing walk, whether in the morning or evening. There are also convenience stores and various shops right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our honeymoon here. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again!"

"It was our third stay at Annika, and it was as great as always. The breakfast was decent, the room was quiet with a lovely garden view, the shuttle service to the beach was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The renovation work in a neighboring room was a bit noisy, though overall we had a very good experience. I would recommend this place for couples."

"The hotel is good, and the location is convenient, with shops, excellent cafes, plenty of massage parlors, and bike rentals nearby. The room was spacious, modern, and excellent, with everything needed in both the room and the bathroom. The safe was present and worked perfectly. The 50-meter swimming pool was wonderfully clean, with comfortable sun loungers and daybeds. There was live music some evenings, and a beautiful view of the shore. Downsides: 1. The breakfast buffet was rather meager compared to typical Thai options at hotels of a similar standard and price. For fruits, there was only watermelon and occasionally papaya. As for vegetables, there weren't even cherry tomatoes. There were no salads at all, and no seafood either. Over the course of a week, fish in batter was served only once. 2. The air conditioning was very noisy, but it cooled the room excellently."

"We had an amazing stay at Sylvan Koh Chang and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautiful and full of little surprises. Every corner is stunning, surrounded by nature and beautiful frangipani flowers. The scent of fresh frangipani around the swimming pool was absolutely wonderful and made the whole stay feel even more special. The staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. They kindly prepared a lovely towel birthday cake for my partner with fresh frangipani flowers, which was such a sweet and memorable surprise. During breakfast, we even saw a huge bird nearby, which was a unique and memorable experience. One of our most unforgettable moments was walking back along the beach at night after dinner. The sky was full of stars, and we even saw a shooting star. It felt magical and romantic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay filled with beautiful memories. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this resort to couples looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway."

"Let's start with the positives: The hotel environment is indeed very nice and beautiful. It's close to the sea in the morning, has a pool, and is conveniently located. Now for the main points, which led to a bad experience and a negative review: We didn't realize that to get to Koh Chang, you had to reach the pier and board by 5 PM that day, otherwise, you'd have to wait until the next day. While we were on our way, around 12 PM that day, we contacted the hotel to see if we could cancel that night's stay or postpone it by a day. The hotel initially refused, and even after we involved the platform's customer service, it was no use! Alright, so Trip.com ended up compensating us for part of our room fee, and we rented a hotel near the pier to board the island the next day. The next day, we arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and they still made us wait for the room to be cleaned. We waited for about 25 minutes before checking in. We found this very strange because if they didn't let us cancel the room we didn't stay in yesterday, and still charged us for it, shouldn't we have been able to check in directly, even if we arrived at 6 AM? What kind of cleaning were they doing? (We strongly suspect the hotel was double-dipping, 'marrying two husbands' so to speak). After finally checking into the room, the door was incredibly difficult to open with the key (after finding a nearby staff member, they helped us change the lock). We were already exhausted at that point, and then we couldn't even open the door, which made us even angrier!!!"

"The hotel has a great design, perfect for photos at night. The room was quite spacious, and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, but it was nice that the options changed daily. We had dinner at the same restaurant for four days, choosing items from a set menu, and the service was pretty good. They even left a little folded animal on the bed every day. My only complaint is that the pillow and duvet inserts had a faint sweaty smell, which was quite unpleasant. I hope they can improve that."

"Loved the cottage right on the beachfront – extended our stay! Breakfasts were delicious as always, with a wider variety of dishes on weekends. The hotel grounds are well-maintained; they're constantly sweeping, and some rooms are being renovated. We'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel ambiance is great, and the price is good. The rooms are nice too. Breakfast isn't extensive, but they do have *khanom krok* (Thai coconut pancakes). The housekeeping staff are lovely; you can get 4 bottles of water per day. The front desk staff provide good service. However, my departure wasn't as pleasant because of one of the staff members. It was raining heavily as I was about to load my luggage into the car, and I'd forgotten my umbrella. The staff member just stood there watching me without offering any help. Even a small gesture like offering an umbrella would have been appreciated. I can handle my own bags, but I had to run to find an umbrella myself just to get my belongings into the car."

"I really liked the pool area, the water temperature was great. The ladies offer an affordable and high-quality massage for 300 baht. Fresh fruit is available at breakfast, but the coffee isn't very good. The room itself is unremarkable. The soundproofing is terrible. The beach right by the hotel is the least attractive on this stretch. A lot of debris washes ashore, and it's not cleaned up very well. If you walk a bit further down the coast, you'll find much nicer and more idyllic spots."
