"The was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building. However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available. The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed. In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff."
