Krakow Hotels with Jacuzzi

"It seems to be a hotel that renovated an old but charming building. The courtyard was filled with indoor plants, and the staff were very friendly. When I returned to the hotel the next day, the door was closed, but when I rang the intercom, they came out to open the door. Coffee, water, and carbonated water are provided free of charge in the room. The shampoo and body soap in the bathroom are the same, and there is no treatment. It was a little disappointing that there was a lot of dust on the floor, but even with that negative point in mind, it was a very satisfying hotel."

"Negativ: - Personal im Frühstücksraum, etwas sehr lustlos, Tische während man frühstückt werden nicht abgeräumt um Platz zu schaffen, Personal war viel mit sich selber beschäftigt. - Kosten für die Tiefgarage bei 4 Tagen mit über 131 € sehr teuer. - Restaurant in absoluter Umbauphase, dadurch keine weitere Möglichkeit dies zu nutzen. Positiv: - sehr gute und ruhige Lage im Centrum - angenehme Zimmer - jeden Tag ein kleines Wasser für jeden Gast ( bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm)"

"The was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building. However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available. The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed. In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff."
