"I had a great time staying at this hotel. I am certainly not rich, but the staff here here made me feel welcomed, appreciated and important. Nothing was too difficult for the staff, they went above and beyond to help or to give advice, even booking daily travel and limo bus to my next destination. I've never had a door opened or my bags carried before, I felt important. Need laundry done, they took care of that also. Need money exchanged....they took care of that too. Everyone was so friendly and very professional. Restaurant manager, what a great young man. Bar manager another great young man A big shout out to reception and Miss Phuong and Miss Nam. Thankyou for your hospitality, the interesting conversations and your kind words to myself and my girlfriend for our future🙏 We will be back👌 🦘Mark and Thanh 🇻🇳"

"We decided to book our last night in Hue at this hotel after accidentally passing by it. The exterior part looks much nicer than the interior, as we found out after checking in. We thought that this hotel is very new because of its exterior, but acctually it is not. The location is very convinient, close to the main area with a lot of restaurants and nightlife options. We booked a ”deluxe suite”, which was a bit more expensive, primarily because of the windows. Pay attention that the cheapest categories of the rooms DO NOT have windows, which might be dissapointing for some guests. I suggest to pay a bit more for having a room with a window. Our ”suite” was rather small and very basic. The pictures are quite realistic, so you can trust them. The rooms in the front face a constraction site, so you might hear some noise. The TV and the AC worked propely. There is NO pool in this hotel and the staff consists of receptionists only (NO concierge or bellboy service). The girls are friendly and supportive, they allowed us to check out a bit later, as we had our train in the afternoon. The lobby serves also as a breakfast place, there is no designated area for having a breakfast. In our booking the breakfast was included. It is rather basic and is more suitable for local tourists' taste, but western guests won't stay hungry. We particularly liked banana pancakes and their version of pork dimsums. Furits, soup and egg dishes are also available. All in all, this is a very good and affordable option for a short stay in Hue."

"The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay."

"A really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Tout le personnel est prévenant, gentil,poli.Je suis arrivée en début de nuit avec une réservation débutant l'après-midi,,on m'a donné une chambre de suite Chambre assez grande ,propre et une bonne literie.Le ménage est fait tous les jours même jours fériés. Petit déjeuner bon mais ce sont les mêmes plats tous les jours."

"The manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell. I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly. Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well. Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm. You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets."
