The room layout was excellent, with beautiful views from the window. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure, making it very comfortable. It had a wet and dry separation, was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The lobby manager provided excellent service, upgrading our room and accommodating all our requests. The breakfast buffet in the morning was comfortable and elegant, and seeing the high-altitude river view made me feel refreshed.

TSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river. Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent. Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

Fantastic stay! The water pressure in the room was excellent, making showers really enjoyable. It was very quiet, so I slept soundly. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, was delicious and filling, and they even had freshly ground coffee, which really brightened my morning. The self-service laundry was also super convenient, clean, and hassle-free. Overall, a really good experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

There's parking available. If you navigate to 'Changdachang Plaza' underground parking, it can be hard to find a spot on holidays, but it clears up later in the evening. The hotel is close to the elevators and the room was decent. There are a few hotels in this building, and since it's on a high floor, the view is quite open. There are lots of food options in the mall. Overall, I had a good experience.

I have to give a special shout-out to Cathy at the front desk for this stay! When I was checking in, I had a lot of luggage, and she proactively came over to help. She had a warm smile the entire time and spoke in a gentle, polite manner. The check-in and check-out process was very quick, and she thoughtfully informed me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and great places to visit and eat nearby. When I inquired about parking and late check-out, Cathy answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, always maintaining a warm and patient attitude without a hint of impatience. She was professional and attentive, with exceptional attention to detail in her service. Her excellent front desk service significantly enhanced my stay. Five stars for Cathy; I'll definitely be looking for her on my next visit!

The service was attentive and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a good variety. On the second day of Chinese New Year, there was a lively lion dance performance at the entrance, creating a strong festive atmosphere. The only drawback was that there weren't many elevators, so I had to wait a few minutes during peak hours.

When driving to Chikan Ancient Town, Liyuan, and Zili Village Diaolou for sightseeing, staying at the Tanjiang Peninsula Hotel is the best choice. It's not far from any of the attractions. The hotel seems to be an older 5-star establishment. The front desk staff were very welcoming and kindly arranged our two rooms together for our family, which was convenient for us to stay in touch. The hotel has plenty of parking, unbeatable river views, and a rich and varied breakfast. I'll definitely recommend Kaiping Tanjiang Peninsula Hotel to friends and guests in the future.
