"I love the staff’s cheerful and always been helpful. I forgot her name but she really help us from the beginning to the end of our stay. There is no didi available for me to book during my stay she is being helpful by coming to pick me after the trip in the mountain, drop me to bus station…letting know which food is not halal. Love this place and gonna repeat again. There is breakfast but for muslim just eat the corn, egg or just ask the staff. The staff also arrange horse riding for me. No deposit needed. Easy to check in. Toilet very clean. The bidet technology just waw. Great experience ❤️"

"What a pleasant surprise for our first stop on our western Sichuan road trip! The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the owner is very detail-oriented. There's even an oxygen supply in the room, and the service was amazing and super attentive! The hotel also has fantastic views, which was very therapeutic! The yak hotpot was the best we had on this entire western Sichuan trip! Highly recommend!!!"

"First off, the room was incredibly clean, and the disposable toiletries provided were very comprehensive. They even thought of the dry high-altitude climate and offered moisturizing aloe vera cream. It wasn't cold at all at night, making for a very comfortable stay. In the morning, you could just open the window and see the valley~ The owner was super nice, offering free pick-up and drop-off from the station and attraction entrances, which is incredibly helpful for anyone traveling by bus. The guesthouse lobby also had a good stock of common medicines for emergencies, which was very thoughtful. Overall, a great stay, highly recommend~"

"Cons: This 'smart' guesthouse fell far short of expectations. The TV in the room I booked couldn't cast, only showing cable channels, which made evenings quite boring. The room was located in the courtyard. The soundproofing was really poor. The room door didn't have a soundproofing strip, so conversations and speakerphone calls from the courtyard were very loud. Also, the deadbolt easily got stuck and wouldn't work properly; I had to pull it out a bit to close the door and lock it normally. Then there's the hygiene issue. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly. I largely chose this place because the photos showed newer room facilities and a clean, smart toilet. But the toilet's water outlet was full of yellow grime 😥 Pros: The owner was quite enthusiastic and actively tried to resolve the issues I reported. For example, when the TV didn't work, they provided an oxygen concentrator for free after I experienced altitude sickness. They also have their own parking lot, which is a plus. I hope the owner can improve the room's shortcomings and continue to do better."

"Very clean and spacious room. Love the space near the window, for us to sip tea after a long day of hike. Need to walk abit to get to the main street but still close to lots of food and stores. Owner was the best! He came to pick us up when we first arrived from Chengdu. He saw that I was unwell and brought me some local Vit C drink (seabuckthorn). He even gave us a bag of snacks to bring back when we checked out."

"Seeing the snow-capped mountains 🏔️ definitely brought good luck! The view is absolutely stunning! This is a newly opened guesthouse, and the facilities and service are top-notch. Both the lobby and the rooms are beautiful. They have oxygen supply, so no need to worry about altitude sickness. The bed is super comfortable, there's a projector, a Dyson hairdryer, and even a humidifier – full marks for attention to detail! 💯 The hygiene is also excellent. We had their special hotpot at the guesthouse in the evening, and it was delicious! The butler service was incredibly thoughtful too. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

"A truly perfect stay! The facilities were excellent, exactly as pictured, and the value for money was outstanding. We got a 'starry sky' king room for under 300 RMB during the May Day holiday. It had everything: a diffuse oxygen machine, smart toilet, humidifier, voice control, a big TV, and even an automatic ceiling. The owner was incredibly welcoming too. I felt altitude sickness at 11:30 PM, and they immediately provided an oxygen nasal cannula. The next morning, even though breakfast was over, the owner still freshly made us delicious qingke pancakes! Overall, this is definitely a hotel I'll rebook whenever I come to Mount Siguniang for business or leisure. Wishing them great success!"

"Our stay was wonderful! The owners of the hotel were super nice and friendly, they also offered free car rides within the town! Room was very clean and amenities were also good! Room was just as described, a bed warmer and also snacks were provided each day and refilled as well. We loved this stay and would definitely come back!"

"Had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so comfortable it felt just like home. Upon checkout, they thoughtfully asked if I needed help arranging a taxi. Impeccable attention to detail in their service! Highly recommend this hotel."

"The owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly! Rooms are clean. Wifi is very fast (80+ mpbs download speed). If you let them know, they can pick you up and drop you off in the nearby town, like the bus station. The oxygen service in the room is not free, you use wechat to scan the QR code to pay for the oxygen by the hour (min 2 hrs, 58 yuan). Breakfast (7:30-9:30) is very simple, congee with one boiled egg, pickled veggies, and some buns. Location is good. it’s walking distance to some restaurants and ******* can deliver good food to you too. The view is nice, tho mostly construction of the new railway, and you cannot see the peaks of mt siguniang. Make sure to ask or arrange for a driver. Didi does not work in the area. Our favorite taxi driver can be found on wechat at ***********"
