GGuest UserI stayed here around mid-April, and I usually don’t bother leaving reviews for places I book on Trip.com—but this one really stood out. The service was honestly top-notch from start to finish. The staff were warm, helpful, and just genuinely nice people. Since the hotel is inside the attraction area, they provide a car to send you in and out. We manage to contact them through wechat before arrival and the transport arrangement was hasslefree. The receptionist/driver (大强哥 was super polite and helpful—he even helped us sort out our bus back to Chengdu when we couldn’t get tickets ourselves, which saved us quite a bit of stress. The room itself was cozy, very clean, and well-equipped with modern tech. But the highlight is definitely the view. The room faces the four peaks, and with the large windows and balcony, you get a direct, unobstructed view of the mountains. You are greeted by the moutain on your raisable bed first thing in the morning. We didn’t try dinner as we had other plans, but breakfast was excellent. Both options they offered were well done, and we enjoyed it a lot. Another nice touch—when we were taking photos in the living room area, the staff even helped set up studio lighting for us, which made a big difference. We ended up getting some really great shots during our stay. There is some renovation and expansion going on outside, but it didn’t really bother us. If anything, I’m quite curious to see how the place will look once it’s completed. Overall, for the price, I think it’s absolutely worth it. Great service, amazing views, and a very comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back if I visit this mountain again. 我大概是在四月中旬入住这家酒店。平时我在 Trip.com 订房基本不会特地写评价，但这家真的让我印象深刻。 从入住到离开，服务可以说是无可挑剔。工作人员都非常热情、乐于助人，而且给人感觉很真诚。因为酒店位于景区内，他们会提供接送服务。我们在到达前通过微信联系，整个接送安排都非常顺利、完全不用操心。前台兼司机 (大强哥) 人特别好，非常有礼貌又热心——当时我们自己买不到回成都的车票，他还帮我们搞定了，帮我们省了不少麻烦。 房间本身很温馨，也非常干净，配备了不少现代化设备。不过最让人惊艳的还是景观。房间正对四姑娘山四座山峰，大落地窗加阳台，视野完全无遮挡。早上从可升降的床上醒来，第一眼就是壮丽的山景，这种体验真的很难忘。 晚餐我们没有在酒店吃，因为已经有其他安排，但早餐非常不错。他们提供的两种选择都做得很好，我们都很喜欢。 还有一个小细节挺加分的——我们在客厅区域拍照的时候，工作人员还主动帮我们布置了摄影灯光，让照片效果提升了不少，最后拍到了很多满意的照片。 酒店外面目前有一些扩建和装修工程，不过对我们的体验影响不大。反而让我有点期待，等全部完工后会变成什么样子。 整体来说，以这个价格来看，我觉得非常值得。服务优秀、景色惊艳、住得也很舒适。如果以后再来这里，我一定还会选择这家酒店。

TTK KchLocated at about 5 minutes drive from the shuttle bus stop. The hotel is located within a village area so walking to the town area is a bit far to be practical. However, taxis are available and hotel staffs can help to call one. great view from the room, can see golden sunrise and golden sunset from the room. The room has floor heating but takes some time to heat up, probably due to the outside temporary is already below 0. Had good night sleep. Included breakfast is good with many options. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThe location is walkable from the gate of Shuangqiaogou and there are several restaurants nearby. The host and the staff team are super friendly and supportive. The overall quality of the room is good. But some facilities are not in perfect condition, for example, the bathroom drainage and the hair dryer did not work well. The air conditioner or heater in the bathroom should be great addition.

GGuest UserI specifically went to walk the 'little road' again and see Mount Siguniang. Mount Siguniang is absolutely stunning! It was well worth the trip! The hotel has its own parking lot behind it. I arrived in the evening, and just a few minutes' walk up from the hotel, I found a yak hotpot restaurant – it was incredibly comfortable and delicious! The hotel offers a buffet breakfast; although the variety isn't huge, it's nutritionally balanced and plenty to go around.

The room was clean and comfortable, which is very important, especially when traveling with a baby. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. They reminded us not to wet our hair while showering to reduce the risk of AMS. When our baby cried nonstop at night, the staff showed great concern — they offered to take our baby to the hospital and provided oxygen as they were worried about AMS. We truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

From booking to check-out, the entire experience was top-notch, truly divine, and definitely the best choice for accommodation in Mount Siguniang ✨ The manager thoughtfully contacted us in advance, providing high-altitude precautions and driving directions. Upon arrival at the scenic area, there was a dedicated shuttle service, handling luggage and check-in without us having to worry about a thing. The attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming. The private hot spring room offered an amazing view; opening the window revealed majestic snow-capped mountains. Waking up to the golden rays of the sunrise on the peaks from bed was incredibly romantic and instantly cured us with its extreme beauty! The room was fully equipped with underfloor heating, an oxygen concentrator, and a humidifier, ensuring maximum comfort at high altitude. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, toiletries were high-quality, and the cleanliness was sparkling, with every corner spotless. My favorite feature was the private hot spring tub in the room. After a full day of hiking, soaking in the warm water, feeling the mountain breeze, and gazing at the snow-capped mountains and forests outside the window, all fatigue melted away. Soaking at night was even more atmospheric, with a sky full of stars above and the sounds of insects and mountain winds, immersing us in the tranquility and beauty of the wilderness. This is what a true vacation feels like! The meals were also a pleasant surprise. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with freshly made hot dishes that were comforting and thoughtful. The local specialties were generously portioned and authentically delicious; the yak meat was tender and flavorful, truly capturing the authentic taste of Western Sichuan. The staff were all exceptionally warm and friendly, always available for any request, and even anticipated our needs in advance. Their attentive service felt like family. At Mountain Journey Private Hot Spring Villa, we not only stayed comfortably but also experienced the gentleness and beauty of Western Sichuan. Waking up to mountain views, enjoying hot springs with stunning scenery, and receiving warm service – this experience was perfect! Next time I come to Mount Siguniang, I will definitely choose this place again. I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Western Sichuan; you can't go wrong with this choice!

The weather was great on the first day we arrived, and it snowed that night. The next day, before the scenic area opened, we went out and could see a snowy landscape with no one around.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a great location and excellent service. The owner is an experienced outdoor enthusiast, very knowledgeable about Western Sichuan. They have an elevator, and the famous Ice Axe Cafe in Siguniang Mountain is also theirs. We went for coffee there and even got a 15% discount! We were planning to check out the cafe anyway, so it was a fantastic deal. The hotel was built by the owner themselves, and it's very affordable. Highly recommend!
