After contacting the owner, they immediately helped pack it securely and thoughtfully chose a reliable courier to send it back – completely hassle-free. Their sense of responsibility truly warmed my heart. The hotel environment is impeccable. The location is superb; opening the window offers unobstructed, expansive views directly facing the snow-capped mountains. We witnessed the golden sun illuminating the peaks in the morning and enjoyed the mountain sunset in the evening. Every photo we took looked like wallpaper-worthy scenery. The surroundings are quiet and secluded, enveloped by mountains and lush greenery, with fresh, invigorating air. It's a natural and serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Regarding hygiene, it deserves full marks! The room was spotless, the bedding soft and clean, and the bathroom facilities tidy and odor-free. Every corner was meticulously maintained. The decor is simple yet tasteful, with charming ******* details that make it feel both cozy and upscale. With underfloor heating and oxygen supply throughout the entire place, staying at high altitude was incredibly comfortable. Whether it's the service, environment, or hygiene, this guesthouse is faultless. It's an excellent accommodation choice for anyone visiting Shuangqiao Valley in Mount Siguniang. "An absolutely fantastic stay! I was extremely satisfied with everything, from the hotel's design and in-room amenities to the window views and the restaurant. **Ambiance:** 1. The drive from Siguniangshan Town wasn't easy, with many winding roads and single-lane sections prone to traffic jams. However, staying deeper in the valley is unavoidable for better scenery. Even from a distance, this hotel's design looked sophisticated and far superior to other guesthouses around it. 2. The restaurant design is also superb, and the dinner atmosphere was wonderful. Warm lighting paired with wooden furniture, and some jazz music playing – if I wasn't worried about altitude sickness, I'd have definitely enjoyed a glass of red wine. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. **Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all from high-quality brands. The toilet is a smart Philips model with heated seats. There's also underfloor heating, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. The bedside chair is very comfortable. The rooftop terrace offers direct views of Siguniang Mountain, so if you want to catch the sunrise, you don't have to go far, which is very convenient. **Service:** Responses were very prompt and excellent."

If you're lucky, you can even catch a glimpse of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The environment is quiet and serene, completely away from the hustle and bustle. The room quality exceeded my expectations. It featured a high-end, minimalist design, was spacious and tidy, and meticulously clean everywhere. The hygiene details were particularly well-handled, with no dampness or odd smells whatsoever. The biggest surprise was the private hot spring pool in the room. Soaking in the warm water in the evening, I could look up and see the snow mountains and forests. The gentle mountain breeze blew by, instantly melting away the fatigue from driving and hiking all day. The owner and staff provided incredibly thoughtful service. Considering the high-altitude environment, they proactively prepared oxygen tanks to alleviate concerns about altitude sickness, which was a very heartwarming gesture. The amenities were comprehensive; the room had a projector for relaxation and a cozy, simulated fireplace, making evenings in the room particularly pleasant. The bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day. The guesthouse's location is excellent, right within the Siguniang Mountain Shuangqiao Valley scenic area, making travel and sightseeing very convenient. During the day, I hiked in the mountains to enjoy the scenery, and in the evening, I returned to the room to enjoy the private hot spring, gazing at the snowy landscape while bathing – a truly rare experience. From the hardware and decor to the cleanliness and thoughtful service, there was nothing to fault. If you're planning a trip to Mount Siguniang and want quiet, comfortable accommodation with a private hot spring and snow mountain views, I highly recommend this place! "Facilities: The room had an oxygen concentrator and humidifier, plus nasal oxygen tubing, which really helped alleviate my altitude sickness. Before, staying at hotels without oxygen, I'd sleep terribly at night, which was a huge discomfort. This time, after a good night's rest, I was in great shape for sightseeing! Hygiene: You can walk barefoot on the floor! The room thoughtfully provided toilet seat covers and disposable bath towels, very clean. Environment: There's a restaurant downstairs belonging to the hotel, and the food is quite good. Guests get a discount, and it's also a great spot for photos. Service: Before I even arrived, customer service called to give me directions and important information. Upon arrival, someone helped with my luggage. Once in the room, they thoroughly explained how to use all the equipment. There's also a shuttle service to tourist attractions. When I lost my earphones, they went out of their way to help me look for them, eventually finding them in the car and even mailing them back to me. Such a thoughtful establishment! "We stayed here during our road trip to Siguniang Mountain. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from the Changpinggou and Haizigou visitor centers, a walk of only a few minutes. Facilities: Everything is new and great, and they even provide disposable towels. The shower water was good, and the toiletries were high quality! They have their own restaurant, which is very convenient for meals. The yak hotpot, made with tenderloin and wild mushrooms, was truly delicious! Cleanliness: Spotless! Service: Friendly and enthusiastic!"

"I chose this place because of its excellent location, directly opposite the entrances to Changping Valley and Haizi Valley. It's incredibly convenient if you're planning to hike either of those trails. From my room, I could directly see the queue for Changping Valley, and after a grueling hike in Haizi Valley, it was a huge relief to just cross the road and be back at the guesthouse. Compared to other establishments in this area, the room facilities were probably the best at the time of my visit (though there might be better ones now). The laundry and drying facilities were also very convenient, with commercial-grade machines. The service was quite good; whenever I had a question, the front desk staff usually provided detailed solutions and were very friendly. If you're too tired after hiking, you can also eat at the guesthouse. The food was decent, and the prices seemed comparable to nearby restaurants. I get the feeling the manager or owner is very dedicated; I always saw him in the lobby, which suggests he genuinely wants to make this place a success. I do have a few minor suggestions: the bathroom sink area lacks a countertop, so there's nowhere to put a small trash can, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, there's no splash guard behind the sink, so water easily splashes onto the nearby bed. The light switches in my room were wired incorrectly, so turning lights on or off was a guessing game every time (this might just be an issue with my specific room, and the owner could look into it). There were no bath mats, and the shower area wasn't recessed, so water easily spilled out. We had to use disposable bath towels as makeshift mats (it feels like the owner might have been short-changed during renovation here). The windows also leaked easily during rain, which over time could lead to significant water damage. I understand that running a guesthouse in a place like Siguniangshan might have its challenges, but these are just suggestions. If you're looking for a picturesque spot for photos, this place is perfect. Every day, I saw people taking photos in the lobby on my way out, and again when I returned in the evening (｡ì _ í｡). My room faced the mountain directly, and at night, the gentle sound of the stream provided a soothing white noise for sleep. Although it's by the road, there's very little traffic at night, so it's quite peaceful."

The broth was rich and delicious – finding such an authentic and warming meal in a high-altitude area was pure bliss! Service and Value: The owner and staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They not only helped with luggage but also offered many great sightseeing tips. All in all, considering the environment, service, and dining, the value for money is exceptional.
