"Came with the kids and stayed in a room with a 180-degree mountain view – absolutely loved it! I asked the owner, and they said the place has been open for less than a year, so the decor is very new and it's super clean. They even provide disposable towels and bath towels in the room. The breakfast wasn't super lavish but certainly enough to eat, and the dining environment was nice too. The cafe is good as well. The owner is really kind and recommended some great activities. You can book directly with them and even get discounts. The local eateries they recommended were especially good – cheap, delicious, and with a fantastic ambiance… Plus, the trendy cave restaurant/cafe is just over 100 meters from the guesthouse, and the Via Ferrata high-altitude rope adventure is about 150 meters away, so it's perfect if you like a thrill. The owner also helped us arrange taxis and private car tours or airport transfers, which was even cheaper than using an app. There are also electric scooters for rent right outside the guesthouse."

"This time, I booked a hotel for my trip to Yangshuo, and it was really great! Even though I arrived early, I was able to check in. While I waited, the owner even gave me water and oranges. The owner is incredibly nice! You can also rent electric scooters from him for a very reasonable price, which makes getting around super convenient. It's very close to West Street and also a short electric scooter ride to the bamboo rafting. Oh, and the rice noodles the owner, a local, recommended were absolutely delicious – you should definitely ask him about them, haha! All in all, the owner is truly fantastic, I really liked him, and the hotel itself has beautiful scenery too. Highly recommend, I strongly suggest it!"

"This hotel boasts a unique retro style, standing out from other modern establishments. We opted for the 270-degree view room, and waking up to the sight of the Gaxian statue was truly special. With both indoor and outdoor bathtubs, it perfectly blends a retro guesthouse vibe with fun for kids. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming. A special mention goes to the excellent shower water – it was instantly hot, no waiting required! Plus, it's very close to the Impression Lijiang scenic area, yet the surroundings are still wonderfully quiet."

"I brought my mom to Yangshuo this time and we stayed at the Fa Dai Hotel. The hotel environment is excellent, and it's the only one in Yangshuo with hot springs. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The service was warm and thoughtful, and the facilities were complete. We also tried the hotel's travel photography service. The photographer was very professional; even though it was raining during the shoot, the Guilin landscape is even more beautiful in the rain. The misty mountains and rivers truly made it feel like we were living in a wonderland. It was stunning and produced many great photos. I'm very satisfied and have kept many of the pictures, which are very commemorative."

"Very friendly staff. They were extremely helpful advising what to see and do. On arrival we checked into a very large room but unfortunately it was on the ground floor with no privacy. The inn responded promptly to our concern and switched us to the 2nd floor in the main building. We were very grateful for that arrangement."

"Choosing this hotel was a great decision! The location is excellent, super convenient for West Street and the pier. I booked a room in the main building, and the view directly overlooked the Yulong River with the 'camel crossing the river' formation – absolutely stunning. Waking up to such picturesque, ink-wash painting-like scenery was incredible! They also have electric scooter rentals right outside. The hotel boasts a spacious lawn with activities like football, archery, and a swimming pool. You can even take photos with cormorants, and they offer travel photography services. The photographer was really funny, and we got a discount on extra digital negatives and editing for our travel shoot, which the kids loved! Breakfast was extensive, and we even received complimentary evening desserts. If you don't feel like going out, you can order dinner in. All in all, both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed it, and we even received a parting gift when we checked out!"

"This is my second time visiting Guilin and Yangshuo, and choosing this hotel was a fantastic experience! As soon as you step in, there's a floor-to-ceiling glass window offering breathtaking views of the karst landscape – absolutely stunning! They provide a personalized 1-on-1 butler service that's incredibly attentive. From setting up a chat group before check-in to help plan my itinerary, to being on call for any request big or small after checking in, the exclusive butler service made me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. They also offer thoughtful complimentary goodies. I received welcome fruits upon arrival, a hot bowl of noodles and dessert when returning late, and the in-room mini-bar was fully stocked with complimentary drinks. They even thought of essentials for women like makeup remover wipes and contact lens solution. What's more, they offer a free shuttle service to West Street. The Yulong River bamboo raft pier is within walking distance, and you can also rent an electric scooter to explore the Ten-Mile Gallery. The lobby has complimentary ginger tea, and there's a robot for delivery service. There's also a free laundry room with a washer-dryer combo, which, as someone who pays attention to details, I found very satisfying. Overall, what truly impressed me most about Yangshuo Julong Xiaozhen Resort Hotel is how perfectly it blends top-tier mountain and river scenery with warm, considerate service. It offers more than just a place to stay; it's an immersive, scenic vacation experience."

"This place is really great! They are very responsive to everything. We left our clothes out to dry and went out for the day. When we came back, we found they had already moved them under the shelter, away from the rain. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful. The only, and I mean *only*, issue is that it's not very soundproof. That really is a problem. Also, I'm not sure what it was, but something was making a vibrating noise at night, like a washing machine or something. Other than that, it's pretty good. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me too much. It's very close to West Street. If you're heading to West Street, remember to use the crosswalk right in front of the hotel first. If you try to cross closer to West Street, you'll have to use a pedestrian bridge that doesn't have an elevator. The second picture shows their platform where you can dry clothes and enjoy the distant views."

"This Chinese-style courtyard next to Fuli Bridge is just so comfortable. With its white walls and dark tiles, it's elegant and classic. The moment you step into the courtyard, you feel a sense of calm; the ambiance is perfect. The room design is simple yet tasteful, spacious, clean, and tidy, with great attention to detail. Opening the window, you're greeted by green mountains. In the evening, sitting in the courtyard, enjoying the breeze – it's the slow-paced life I've always dreamed of. It's very close to Fuli Bridge, just a 2-minute walk. Fuli Bridge gets crowded with tourists during the day, but staying here means you can go take photos in the morning before heading back for breakfast. This is my fifth time in Yangshuo, and I've finally found a gem of a guesthouse that I absolutely love – it's quiet, healing, and stylish. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."
