"This stay truly exceeded my expectations, I have to give this hotel a huge shout-out! After checking out, we didn't even realize we had left anything behind. First, we'd forgotten a bag and a white T-shirt in the room, and the hotel staff immediately called us to inform us. Even more heartwarming, my ID accidentally fell into the trash can, and the cleaning lady carefully noticed it while tidying up, then promptly contacted us to come back and pick it up. The staff are incredibly responsible, communicated patiently throughout, and meticulously paid attention to guests' forgotten items. The service was attentive and reliable, making our stay feel completely secure. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip, highly recommended! Since we all booked the family suite, both adults and children were extremely satisfied 👍"

"1. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the river, but privacy can be a bit of an issue at night as the panoramic elevator allows people to see directly into the room. During the day, though, the glass reflection mostly prevents this. 2. The breakfast leaned more towards Western options and was sufficient. There were so many foreigners during breakfast that I almost felt like I was abroad. 3. The downstairs pool is fantastic. It's shaded in the afternoon, making it very comfortable for swimming, though I couldn't use it because of a leg injury. 4. Having a dedicated parking lot on the ground floor by the river is extremely convenient. 5. One minor criticism: many of the electrical outlets in the room weren't working properly."

"The room itself was fine, but the window view was a bit disappointing. Even the hangers in the room felt a step down from those in the balcony rooms, haha. Breakfast for 25 yuan was pretty good, with a decent variety of choices. The rooftop observation deck is great for catching the sunrise, though whether you actually see it depends on the weather. And having a dedicated shoe washer and dryer was a really thoughtful touch!"

"The environment speaks for itself, just look at the pictures. It's definitely worth it; I had a very comfortable stay for several days. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. No need to go out, perfect for anyone looking for a hotel to just relax and unwind. The service was excellent, and there's a cafe on the ground floor where guests get a 10% discount. Even though it's a hotel coffee shop, the coffee is delicious! They also have Whiskey Sours, so you can enjoy a drink in the evening. They really pay attention to the details in their service, and I noticed they're quite meticulous about the public areas, which is really important. Some hotels don't focus enough on the design of their ground-floor common spaces."

"Overall, the hygiene and the room were alright, pretty standard. But I have to say, the service was truly excellent! I had some bad luck during my stay – either my rental car was blocking someone's storefront or the car flipped over. After I explained the situation, the hotel staff helped me move the car and even checked for scratches. Their sincerity really impressed me, so I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"A beautiful hotel, with a lovely view of some of the mountains. The breakfast options were great, with a variety to chose from. We appreciate the spacious room and large television. The location ia great for visiting the 20 yuan viewing point, hiking Mt Laozhai Shan, and nearby Ancient Town. There are also river cruises and bamboo rafting, but we happened to visit while there was significant rainfall and ae flooding, and so we did not engage in these activities for our own precaution. There otherwise limited activities to do in this area, so subject to your itinerary it may be worth only staying one night here and then another night in Yangshuo. It is also a significant distance from the high speed train stations and airport. Although you could take public transport to arrive at the hotel/this town, it will likely involve 2-3 changes/transfers. With luggage, a DiDi is a must, so keep that additional cost (100-300 RMB) in mind. It might be easier/cheaper as a day trip from a nearby location. However the hotel itself was lovely and the check and check out process with the ladies at reception was smooth and easy!"

"This hotel is perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Yangshuo. Yulong River is like 30 seconds away, you can start walking the Ten Mile Gallery as soon as you step out the door. The mountains are so close and huge when you look out the window. The town and all the attractions aren’t far either, maybe 15 minutes by taxi, although I often just walked there. There’s also a place for renting electric scooters right by the hotel. My room was pretty, I especially liked the swing on the balcony. I even got upgraded to a bigger room for free after a few days! The stuff is very friendly, kind and accommodating, I’m very grateful for their patience with my very limited Chinese. I stayed here for eight nights and will definitely come back someday. 100/10"

"I'm not a shill, and the hotel didn't ask me to write a good review. I'm a Trip.com Black Diamond member, and I average 50-70 nights in hotels each year. My good reviews are always written willingly, hahaha~ Alright, now that you've read my first sentence, you can check out my objective review. This trip was just my husband and I, no kids, but I'm really looking forward to bringing our son next time~ The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly~ They have a starry sky pool, a kids' play area, and the restaurant food is very clean. Right outside is the Shui'erdi Pier, which is where the bamboo raft drift for the Yulong River's essence section departs. The hotel's hardware, software, decor, and cleanliness are all five-star, absolutely nothing to complain about. The service attitude is incredibly good, truly up to five-star hotel standards, I'm not kidding, especially since I've stayed at Lux and can compare~ The rooftop cafe is perfect for photos~ The afternoon tea 🫖 is nice! Every time we returned to the hotel, the front desk would warmly greet us, asking if we were tired or where we'd been. The front desk小姐姐 (young lady) even gave me mosquito repellent spray, a small bag, and a souvenir, I was so touched. We slept wonderfully at night, the hotel's soundproofing is excellent. Compared to the Muyu we stayed at the day before, across from the Romance Park, for a similar price, Mengyuan is heavenly, and Muyu is on the ground. Muyu's 1000+ yuan room only offered a view of a massive construction site, which was truly speechless. The hotel can help book tickets, and they're much cheaper. The hotel also offers electric scooter rentals 🛵 which is very convenient~ It's lovely to ride to West Street or Kang Kang Tangshui Shop for some dessert in the evening. Yangshuo's beautiful scenery was made even more special by the hotel. A perfect trip heals all stress and anxiety~ Thank you, Mengyuan, for giving my husband and me a perfect romantic getaway. We will definitely bring our child next time~ I'll recommend it to all my friends. ♥️ If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the breakfast; it could be slightly better."

"Large room for 4 pp. Many electrical outlets. Bright and clean laminate wood floor. Mattress is good, not too hard, not too soft. Bath is large with all convenience (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, large bath towel) and seating toilet (not squatting type, this is my premium concern) as well as half glass wall separating the shower from the rest. Bathroom has suffcated smell but it's gone when the small window is open. Staff is very helpful and nice. Electric scooter is rented out for 20 RMB/day which is very convenient to scout around the area and for dining out. Last but not least, the room rate is very competitive on Trip.com. I plan to come back here to stay at least 2 nights to visit whole area as I encounted the rain the whole time I came here. Hotel is located in a large corher of the street with easy car access. Highly recommended."
