"We spent our vacation with our family and were absolutely delighted 😍 We especially liked the pool: there are comfortable sofas and tables around it, you can order drinks and food without leaving the water, and just relax. The pool offers an incredibly beautiful view of the mountains — that’s a separate pleasure ⛰️ Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful view. The bathroom is large and has all the necessary amenities: a freestanding bathtub, a separate shower, and a toilet. The minibar was replenished every day. All our requests during the stay were handled very quickly👌 The breakfasts are good, they’re more like European ones — that’s a big plus for foreign tourists. The hotel restaurant is delicious, and the selection of dishes is extensive. There’s a children’s room and two pools for kids, where our children spent the whole day. The hotel is perfect for a family holiday. We recommend it and would be happy to come back again!☺️☀️"

"Amazing hotel with brilliant staff. The view surrounding the hotel is breathtaking. The hotel has everything (including big garden and swimming pool) and provides a 24 hour butler service via Wechat which meant someone was always answering our questions within seconds. They helped arranging food delivery into our room, booking attractions, arranging a driver to take us to Yangshuo (for free in a big air conditioned car), arranging room cleaning time when it's most convinient for us, and so much more. Thank you Kaysen and Mayling! The room was spacious with a big round bed (which turns 360 degrees and very comfortable) and a big bathtub overlooking the beautiful karst mountains. There was also a seperate big shower room, with excellent water pressure. The room and bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. The hotel provided free fruits, water to our room every day and filled up the minibar for free. We also received free afternoon tea (tea, coffee, cakes, fruits, nuts etc) each afternoon. They have also incuded a free professional photo shoot which I loved. We also received an evening dessert delivered into our room to taste the local flavours. The breakfast had great variety, excellent coffee and tea, everything I wanted and more, while enjoying the view from the restaurant. The breakfast, the lunch and dinner were all delicious so we kept having all our meals at the hotel (ordering the food several times to our room which was very convenient). They have free laundry service which can be done all by the hotel or by self service, based on the guest's requirement. I highly recommend the place."

"Beautiful view from the room’s balcony. We looked straight onto the Shili Gallery and the river below. After adding the Wechat of the hotel we could communicate in both languages easily. They also offer sightseeing activities and can rent you electrical scooters. We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel and recommend this to others as well."

No need to wake up early to catch a bus, and no need to worry about traffic congestion, easily start your travel itinerary. ​The guest rooms are a major highlight of the homestay, with natural wood and white as the main colors, creating a romantic and warm atmosphere. Different room types have their own characteristics, whether it's a king size bed room suitable for couples or a parent-child room that meets family needs, they are all decorated with great care. The veil gently hangs down, paired with fresh decorations, and every detail exudes delicacy. The bedding is made of high-quality fabric that is soft and skin friendly, making it feel like being wrapped in clouds when lying down. It can relieve a day's fatigue and provide a good night's sleep. Pushing open the window, the natural scenery of the 100 acre field comes into view without reservation. The lush greenery makes people feel at ease, and the photo here comes with a gentle filter, making every snap a stunning picture. ​The coffee shop is a healing corner in the homestay, and as soon as you walk in, the rich aroma of coffee hits your face. Not only is there a classic hand brewed coffee here, but there are also various options such as latte, cappuccino, etc. The afternoon sun shines through the glass window, and sitting in a comfortable seat, enjoying the scenery outside the window, is extremely comfortable, making it a great choice for rest and relaxation. ​The leisure facilities of the homestay are also very complete. "The environment speaks for itself, just look at the pictures. It's definitely worth it; I had a very comfortable stay for several days. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. No need to go out, perfect for anyone looking for a hotel to just relax and unwind. The service was excellent, and there's a cafe on the ground floor where guests get a 10% discount. Even though it's a hotel coffee shop, the coffee is delicious! They also have Whiskey Sours, so you can enjoy a drink in the evening. They really pay attention to the details in their service, and I noticed they're quite meticulous about the public areas, which is really important. Some hotels don't focus enough on the design of their ground-floor common spaces."

"I visited during the off-peak season, and the hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the cruise pier, making it convenient to get to West Street. The river view room really won me over, and there's also a viewing terrace upstairs. The service was great; the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite and thoughtful. The hardware facilities are far superior to chain hotels – the lighting control, power outlets, sofa, and bedside tables are all very thoughtfully designed. The only minor thing is that the cruise boats on the river might sound their horns; I heard it twice in the morning, but it was still acceptable. I'd give it a 4.5-star rating to encourage them! 😁 Overall, I highly recommend this place and will choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"Staying at the Miraculous Hotel was a really great experience. The hotel's service, facilities, breakfast, room layout, and cleanliness were all quite satisfying. The best part is that it's not expensive and the location is good, offering excellent value for money. The hotel is situated next to two large chain hotels, facing the river. There are also many restaurants nearby, and West Street is just a few hundred meters' walk away, putting it right next to the West Street commercial district. The hotel facilities are new, and the cave pool is a unique feature that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The 'Sky Mirror' on the ninth floor is also perfect for photos. The hotel also has great deals with other tour operators; for example, booking an off-road vehicle through the hotel was over a hundred yuan cheaper than booking directly at the shop, which was very cost-effective and fun."

"The room is exactly as good as it looks in the photos. Opening the automatic curtains in the morning to reveal the breathtaking panoramic view of the limestone hills is an unforgettable experience and something everyone should have on their bucket list. The location is excellent. Not only does it offer spectacular views, but it is also more convenient than we expected. A small private ferry operates throughout the day, taking guests across the river to the city. Alternatively, you can enjoy a scenic 30-minute walk across the bridge, which offers incredible panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. DiDi (China's Uber) is also readily available and costs only around 20 yuan to reach the city center. The area around the hotel is residential and fairly simple. It may not be what you expect at first, but it has its own authentic charm. The hotel does not have a restaurant or offer meals, but the room is equipped with a small refrigerator (including a freezer compartment) and an electric kettle, making it easy to prepare simple breakfasts or snacks. The room is not brand new and could benefit from some minor renovations, particularly around the bathtub. On some nights, condensation forms on the outside of the large windows, temporarily blocking the view, although this was never an issue during the day. The staff were very accommodating and even brought a small table and two chairs onto our balcony, making it the perfect place to enjoy a late-night drink while taking in the view. Overall, you come here for the incredible panoramic scenery, and the hotel absolutely delivers."
