"Excellent value for money with great facilities and service I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness standards maintained during my stay. Other highlights included: ✅ Complimentary airport shuttle service ✅ Beautiful rooftop swimming pool ✅ Well-equipped gym with quality equipment ✅ Good massage and wellness facilities ✅ Comfortable rooms and reliable Wi-Fi Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great service and facilities. "Stayed at Holiday Inn for a business trip, and overall it was a great experience. Check-in was efficient and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a desk and chair, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast, perfect for working on documents and online meetings. The soundproofing in the room was good, allowing for a peaceful rest after a busy day. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialties. The hotel's business facilities were comprehensive, and the staff were responsive and professional. The location was convenient for travel. Highly recommend for business travelers; I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip."

"① The location is fantastic. SM (mall) is right nearby, with various shops and a food court up to the 7th floor. There's also a basement with all sorts of food and even beer. ② The shower's water pressure and temperature were just average. ③ The room was old but spacious and clean. It was quiet because the rooms were spaced out. ④ It had a bathtub, a large refrigerator, and an induction cooktop. Perhaps it's geared towards Japanese guests or long-term stays?"

"I rent 3 unit with 3 bedroom/unit for 2 nights . All is fine. It’s a great place where all families can stay together. ATTENTION to the management of the hotel, some units dont provide sufficient towels (there were only one bathroom , the other one had no towel ) , while the next unit, the flush of the closet was not working. I did ask the front desk, they said Ok we will send, it come to repair and add the towel after many2 times asking .. the hotel was very crowded.. lots if guess. Sure I will stay again, just improve the service, that would be more wonderful"
