"The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's also plenty of parking. My only minor issue was with cleanliness; the first room we were given wasn't very clean, but the staff member promptly moved us to a new one. It would be perfect if they could double-check this a bit more."

They are incredibly kind-hearted, welcoming, and speak excellent English, making communication completely seamless. The property itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. To top it off, they kindly allowed me to check in early, which I deeply appreciated. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness made my trip special. "This was my first time staying here, and I came with my two daughters. We really liked it; the beds were super comfortable. However, the room layout was a bit odd, and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was quite hard to reach. The towel rack was installed inside the shower, which was unusual. Also, the light switches were a bit confusing to operate. Overall, the room was good. The restaurant's buffet line was quite small, and the seating felt too cramped. The outdoor seating area was so close to the pool that the floor was constantly wet. I saw several people slip and fall. They should definitely put down non-slip mats around the pool area to prevent accidents. Regarding service, there should be staff monitoring the outdoor poolside seating during breakfast, asking guests if they need anything and ensuring their safety. For the sauna, there should be clear instructions on how to use it, as some guests might not know, as well as clear opening and closing times. The operating hours or temperature settings should be standardized (and not placed where guests can adjust them, as this could damage the equipment). As for the fitness center, it should open earlier, perhaps at 7:00 or 8:00 AM. There's also a bit too much equipment, making the room feel small and cramped, especially if multiple guests are using it at once."

My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh. "The room was very spacious, and there were plenty of common areas. The cleanliness was decent too. My only complaints are that my room was on the fourth floor, which was a bit high, and that the door hits the light switch when opened. It's a shame they haven't fixed that yet."

"We thought of staying here for only 2 nights but the place is beautiful, we decided to extend more nights here. Love the vibe, filled with nature, the staff is very friendly and nice, always making sure we are comfortable. Slightly far from Hat Yai central but worth it. "Very clean and tidy stay . Host was friendly .very green and fresh little garden at the back yard. Surrounding with food stalls and shops . A little bit far from the happening street. Host provided water filter machine it is super convenient to get hot and cold water . We have a very pleasant stay with The little Nap in Hatyai . Highly recommended"

"Review: Modern, Spacious, and Functional Stay The Good: • Contemporary Design: The room has a lovely, minimalist aesthetic. The combination of light wood finishes and the wood-textured accent wall in the bathroom gives the space a warm, ”homey” yet professional feel. • Ample Space: Unlike many standard hotel rooms, this one feels very breathable. There is a massive amount of storage in the built-in wardrobes and plenty of desk space, making it perfect for digital nomads or long-term travelers. • Well-Equipped Bathroom: The bathroom is a highlight. I appreciated the separate glass shower partition and the inclusion of a bidet sprayer. Having a proper water heater unit in the shower ensures a consistently warm experience. • Comfortable Layout: The seating area by the window is a nice touch for morning coffee, and the AC unit is well-positioned to cool the entire room effectively. Verdict: A solid choice for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious room. The large desk and storage make it much more functional than a typical cramped hotel room. I would definitely stay here again."

"I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel."
