Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied. Environment: A pleasant surprise! Conveniently located within the Ethnic Village scenic area, with excellent transportation and a great environment. Service: Extremely attentive. The receptionist was very helpful, recommending many good restaurants and transportation options.

## Facilities: Although the interior facilities are a bit dated, they come with up-to-date features like electric curtain openers. ## Hygiene: Generally, the hygiene was good. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, and pool staff) were all very enthusiastic and responsible, offering me a lot of help. However, some corners and edges could use improvement, such as the large water stains on the balcony. ## Environment: The environment is quiet. While the location isn't exceptionally unique, it's convenient for getting to the train station and Dianchi Lake, and it's very peaceful for sleeping at night. ## Service: All the staff were very hardworking and enthusiastic. Thank you for all the help during my stay. We had two children, and they even gave them a hot spring ticket and a souvenir. Overall, this is an excellent choice for a family trip to Kunming.

The biggest surprise was the free electric scooters available for rent, making getting around convenient and fun. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, treating guests with genuine warmth. Overall, it offered exceptional value for money, and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service is excellent, and the breakfast is really good too. They have a great selection, including rice noodles, regular noodles, soy milk, milk porridge, sweet potatoes, and eggs – enough to get you full and satisfied. Plus, the air conditioning and hot water are available 24/7. The environment is truly wonderful; the staff provides impeccable service. There are lots of trees outside the entrance, making it very cool and, most importantly, very quiet. It’s perfect for a relaxing vacation. Getting around is super convenient, and you can park right at the entrance for free. I genuinely recommend everyone stay at this hotel!

Traveling to Kunming with my child, I arrived late on the first night, so I was given a room near the elevator (which I understood). When checking in, I asked if I could switch to a quieter room further inside the next day, and the receptionist said she would keep an eye out for me. I was happy that they arranged it for me the next morning – it was a really thoughtful gesture! The room was cozy, the bed was large and comfortable, and it even came with multi-head charging cables and a cute delivery robot! It felt very safe and considerate. As for the service, you can tell this is a long-standing hotel! Every detail was thought of, and the staff clearly have many years of experience; they were very seasoned. Out of the three hotels I stayed at in Yunnan, this one gave me the greatest sense of security. One more thing: I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast rice noodles – they were super delicious, I ate them for three days straight! Oh, and the hotel's location is excellent! You can walk directly to Haigeng Dam, so no need to worry about traffic. Plus, there's a subway station right next to the hotel, making it convenient to get anywhere!

The breakfast selection was also quite rich. It felt a bit far from commercial and residential areas, making dining out a little inconvenient. This hotel is ideal for travelers who have ample time to slowly explore Daguan Park and the surrounding Dianchi Lake area.

It's close to Dianchi Lake, and the higher floors offer fantastic views directly overlooking the beautiful Western Hills and Dianchi Lake. The staff are generally young, enthusiastic, and energetic. Rose at the front desk was particularly warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and smooth. When checking out at 5:30 AM, they thoughtfully provided a pre-prepared breakfast. Overall, the stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it!

The location is simply ideal. Situated in a peaceful area just 100–200 meters from the Ethnic Yunnan Village Park (also known as the Ethnic Minority Nationalitys Park), it allowed us to easily explore this cultural gem during a day trip, an experience we highly recommend. At the same time, the homestay is surrounded by quiet shops and local markets, making it both convenient and serene. What truly set this place apart was the outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the hosts went out of their way to assist us, even arranging a Didi taxi to ensure we reached the homestay smoothly. Their kindness didn’t stop there, they helped us purchase tickets for cultural attractions, found an English-speaking guide when our Mandarin wasn’t sufficient, and took care of countless other details that made our stay effortless. A highlight of our experience was Miss Zhang’s traditional Yunnan tea ceremonies. These sessions were not only a delight for the senses but also a wonderful opportunity to learn about the unique qualities of Yunnan teas and the art of brewing them. The atmosphere was relaxed and intimate, often joined by the owners, which led to lively, hours-long conversations filled with laughter and stories. It was these moments that made us feel like we were among friends rather than guests. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked the same room for our return in a week. We can’t wait to be back in this haven of warmth, culture, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic, memorable, and heartwarming experience in Kunming!
