Hotel was good, but the rooms had a musty smell. The couple we were with asked to get a different room which they did change. Staff was helpful directing us to eating places within walking distance.

Fantastic location a few steps from Nanchan Temple metro station and likewise for the temple itself. Rooms are clean and soundproofed, the blackout blinds are fantastic too! The ”buffet” breakfast is alright, nothing spectacular but not poor either - egg fried rice, mixed vegetables, watermelon, banana, congee, steamed buns, sliced bread, sausage, and a few other things I don't recall.

Xiao Liu, the inn owner, is extremely polite, helpful, friendly, and reliable. The place is very comfortable, reasonably priced, and in a great location. All the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. We loved the place so much and truly regretted staying for only one night. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like strangers at all—it felt like being with family. Everyone treated us with sincerity and went out of their way to help. Xiao Liu patiently answered all our questions and even drove us to buy fireworks. He waited for us and later joined us to play the fireworks at night, even though we had already checked out. He kindly allowed us to leave our large luggage with him during the day, which we really appreciated. The place is exactly as shown in the photos—no overly edited pictures with disappointing reality. Everything was authentic and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed a hotpot dinner at the inn, and it was fresh and delicious. The food is truly a must-try, including their coffee. Everything was excellent, with no doubts about quality. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Wuxi again. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, as well as 德福楼, the restaurant recommended by Xiao Liu. The food there is authentic, delicious, and truly represents Wuxi cuisine. They also helped us with tickets to the Lingshan Big Buddha. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more—the restaurant owner assisted us with the entrance tickets, and a tour guide even drove us to Lingshan Big Buddha and guided us there, all without any extra charges. Everyone was incredibly kind and generous. If you plan to buy joss sticks and candles, there’s a shop right beside the restaurant with very reasonable prices—absolutely no regrets. Thank you, Xiao Liu, for your outstanding hospitality. It’s such a pity we didn’t have enough time to visit your sister’s café, but we would love to visit again next time.

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel in Jiangyin for the first time, having visited other Atour locations multiple times. This trip was mainly for a client meeting, and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I’d like to highlight a few aspects of my stay: first, the warm reception and attentive service from the front desk staff made a great first impression; second, the room was spacious and well-lit, with soft bed linens and a cozy comforter that allowed me to rest well after a busy day; finally, the hotel is well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. One point to mention is that the toilet is prone to clogging, and I hope this can be improved as it was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, since there is a renovation project nearby, I was initially worried about potential noise disturbances. To my surprise, the hotel remained wonderfully quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs for guests, which I appreciated. Breakfast options were diverse, and I was delighted to find century eggs on the menu—such a pleasant surprise! Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The convenient location is perfect for business travelers. I look forward to returning to Atour Hotel and hope to see improvements regarding the toilet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and hope to visit again soon!

It's just 13.4 miles from Sunan Shuofang International Airport, making it very accessible for travelers. Although the nearest metro stations, Zhaqiao and Yingyuehu Park. Exceptional Service The 24-hour front desk service was always available to assist with any requests or inquiries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly. Comfortable Accommodations The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a business traveler. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. Surroundings While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the nearest metro stations, the overall surroundings are pleasant and conducive to both work and relaxation. The serene environment and nearby parks provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Conclusion Overall, my stay at the Magnolia Hotel (Wuxi Xibei Xinjiekou Store) was highly satisfactory. The combination of excellent amenities, outstanding service, and a convenient location makes it a perfect choice for business travelers. Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of December, I initially booked the cheapest room on the lowest floor but was upgraded to the danggui tatami room on the 2nd floor. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with the window facing the central courtyard which gets full daytime sun in winter. The initial room I booked would have had the window and outdoor area facing the courtyard as well as the restaurant which should be noted if privacy and quiet is a priority for you. Additionally, the price is much better during off peak periods, around 4 times the price i booked when booked during the new year period onwards Each room comes with a tea set which is quite fitting for appreciating Yixing culture and the seperate wet area for the shower and toilet was very comfortable. However, the soundproofing for the overall building is a bit bad as you can hear when people are climbing up the stairs or if the restaurant is full and people are celebrating/drinking. The breakfast on the first day was a platter of side dishes with rice porridge which was quite nice and filling, while the second day was a bowl of noodles. Both were quite delicious but I would've appreciated more local cuisine featured like bamboo shoots and black rice but maybe it was off season. Overall, I am very happy with my stay, the location is very convenient for a 1 day trip to the 3 main clay museums and old district!

Pleasant stay. We were given free upgrade to a 56-floor unit. Nice room and beautiful views. Great location at one of the metro exits.

Perfect breakfast and a good location nearby restaurants and park , good rooms

I often come to Wuxi on business trips, and this time I chose this serviced apartment nearby. The amenities here far surpass those of a standard guesthouse. There are various dining options right downstairs, and plenty of leisure and entertainment facilities are available. My previous stays in this area at other accommodations were less than ideal – they often lacked a dedicated reception, were hard to find, and the service was subpar. This place, however, boasts a proper front desk, is easily locatable, and offers superb service – they are incredibly attentive and always ready to assist. The rooms are also impeccably clean.
