We had such a nice stay. The staff was absolutely fantastic, we felt well taken care of throughout our stay 💜 location is superb!

Have to say the room is okay especially the toilet and shower ,but only one curtain in between is not too pleasant for shower water . Blanket i like -warm and light ,not too big for complicated handling. Surprised me no table no sofa no chair in the room ,and have been told that in case i need i should ask the receiption to change the room -it is the first time to hear .Anyway i went thru … Location is good ,very handy to go to the hbf Dusseldorf ,while there is a lake in front -quite some swans and wild geese /ducks on the water ,very nice to watch them. Only 400m to walk to reach the metro station ,then going to many destinations; From Airport to the hotel ,quite short distance ,by train also possible it you do not have too much luggage. By walking distance also can reac the Japanese Street ,as well the king street … Giving a thumbs up ref to the breakfast - kinds of rolls /bread,cheese ,salad,sausage ,museli,tea,coffee ,yogurt ,whatever you would like to have ,really more than plenty ,and also always seats available ,as the capacity is really big enough ,never will forget this breakfast ! Off course room rate reached the roof but can understand everyone will take this advantage to charge ,as hotel is also some kind of business! Will definitely stay here again for the future ! Recommend you to choose this Holiday Inn -the niu tab Dusseldorf ! Thanks !

We booked this hotel to attend the Medica Fair in Dusselforf during Nov.17-20,2025. The factor we selected this hotel is the short disrance between hotel and Dusseldorf Central Train Station. The room is very clean and very quited. The breakfast is western style. Hotel environment is very good even it located near railway station. There is a police station beside the Central railway station. Hotel security is very good.

Kids enjoyed the nice clean spacious room and the breakfast buffet. It’s great location and perfect atmosphere for family time.

The room overlooks a green urban area, and is within walking distance of museums, the Rhine River, and Königssee. The location is excellent, and the room is a comfortable size. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and friendly; it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was decent, and the restaurant's dinner was simple yet delicious.

The staff was polite and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast, however, was quite basic. It worked for a quick meal, with bread and yogurt options, but lacked variety. The only warm item was from an automatic pancake machine. Unfortunately, the boiled eggs were overcooked and difficult to peel. One downside was the room lighting, which occasionally flickered and caused minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff and a great location, though the breakfast and lighting could use some improvement.

The room was clean as it was recently renovated I believe. The location was not the best but in a quiet area. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm. The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. So we had to listen to the lift all night :( Bathroom is super tiny and no amenities. Not up to the standard for Hilton.

The hotel was clean and service was good.

Room is spacious! Proper desk for working. Nice neighborhood with just 2 supermarket in walking distance.

Good place for looking around Asian culture tour in Dusseldorf, Gemany. And good place for visiting lots of Asian market.
