The hotel’s location is unbeatable – just steps away from Berlin Hauptbahnhof, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient, whether by train, tram, or foot. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful nights. From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated how well they communicated in English. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – a comfortable bed, ample storage space, a quiet work desk, and fast Wi-Fi. The soundproof windows were a big plus, allowing me to relax in peace after busy days in the city. The bathroom was also very clean, with a great shower and high-quality toiletries provided. Overall, IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service.Whether you're visiting Berlin for business or sightseeing, I highly recommend this hotel.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to this vibrant city."

"The location is good, with S-Bahn and U-Bahn around and it gets to most places in Berlin. Plenty of options of food for breakfast. The hotel is clean and tidy. The capsule coffee machine in the room didn’t work but they came and fixed it during the way so it was fine. The only drawback is the hotel check in system: the self-check in doesn’t work and it just creates more work for the reception."

"A Mixed Stay Near Hauptbahnhof We stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be a ok option overall, especially for its convenient location. On the positive side, it’s situated right near the Hauptbahnhof, making it an ideal base for a quick day of exploring the city via public transport. The breakfast staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant morning vibe. While the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, it covered all the essentials:fresh bread, fruits, cereals, and hot items—to fuel you up for the day ahead. That said, there were some notable drawbacks that detracted from the experience. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator on the 5th floor, there was a strong, unpleasant plumbing odor coming from the toilet area in the hallway. Unfortunately, this issue persisted in our room (583), where the smell emanated from the bathroom. Even after leaving the window open all day, it lingered upon our return, which was quite off-putting. The hotel was fully booked, according to the receptionist, so we didn’t pursue switching rooms. Additionally, the Hocker near the tea table was heavily worn and tattered, almost as if it had been chewed by a cat for years. The mini-bar was disappointingly empty, with just a single bottle of water provided. Sauna was off at 10:30am. At €150 per night, this hotel feels overpriced for what it offers— I’d recommend exploring other nearby alternatives for better value and comfort."

"One of my favourite stays in Berlin! Staff: Super friendly and welcoming! Very attentive and you can feel you’re welcome here. Room: spotless and well equipped! The shower was very good, loved the room! Location: Just 15 mins walking from main station and Friedrichstrasse. around Oranienburgerstrasse lots of nice restaurants and cafes, also only 5/10 mins walking! Also to Hackischer Markt close walking. Trams/subway in front! Breakfast: Loved the restaurant and the breakfast was so good!"

"There is are nice view of the pyramids. In the morning, the sunrise makes me happy and wakes me up freshly. Also, the breakfast is tasty. Restaurant breakfast has American-style and Egyptian-style too. So you can pick up The receptionists are friendly and kind. I forgot jacket, so they called me to remind me."
