I’d stay there again because the bed was larger and more comfortable than the hotel I usually stay at on my annual trip to see family. Room was clean. The downsides: We arrived at around 11:30 and they wouldn’t check us in until after 12, I get that this is policy but other hotels in the city are flexible and we’d been travelling 20 hours. Also the air con in the room didn’t work and it was very hot for the UK so had a bit of trouble sleeping. They said they’d take a look and gave us a fan because I guess they couldn’t do anything but it didn’t quite cut it…

Lovely hotel in a great location with the city centre a short walk along the pretty New Walk. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and inviting and has parking. Our double room was so comfortable and our bed felt wider than a normal double which was great. We had an iron & ironing board along with hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was lovely, a mix of buffet and cooked to order with yoghurt, fruit, pastries, full English etc. Very tasty and service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and beautifully decorated room. The room itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft, and I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-quality toiletries and a rainfall shower that was pure bliss. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. I enjoyed the stunning rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center was well-equipped and spotless. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals – I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh, tasty options. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, arrange transportation, or fulfill any special requests. The location was ideal as well – conveniently situated near top attractions, shopping, and public transportation. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is the perfect place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area. Five stars all the way!

My stay at the Marriott Leicester was genuinely enjoyable and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially liked the calm atmosphere—it felt like a proper break. The location was also ideal, close to Fosse Park and the motorway, but still peaceful. Overall, the Marriott Leicester felt like a perfect mix of comfort and class.

I was satisfied with the excellent service from the front desk staff. The room was advertised as 35 square meters on Trip.com, but the actual size was different. The room was generally clean and tidy, but it was a bit stuffy during the day because there was no air conditioning. The hotel parking lot is free, and there are plenty of spaces – great! There's also a pub downstairs where you can watch sports.

Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Aircon and heating worked perfectly.  The staff were very helpful and friendly and the lady in the restaurant  was very helpful and efficient. I rate this hotel very highly.

The room was clean and comfy for one night , unfortunately without a window , but we know that booking the room . Cold water wasn't cold enough 😁
