"We spent one night in Belfast, this is hotel was in the perfect location!! 20 minute walk to the Titanic Museum and close to the City Centre. The size of the room was fine but the bathroom was a little small. I would recommend this hotel to others."
"Location of the hotel was at the downtown area surrounding by convenience stores , pub and restaurant. Room was nice and spacy. Amenities may be fewer but acceptable. Staffs were nice and helpful especially Angelika (Sorry if I spell incorrectly)"
"Staff were absolutely fantastic, excellent location. Compact with everything needed, felt safe. Staff friendly and informative. I would stay again, but bring a hairdryer."
"Friendly staff and very welcoming. Nice sized room with some treats waiting for us, a bar of galaxy and popcorn as well as the usual tea tray. We booked Superior Double room. Bed was comfortable. Noticed other guests mentioned it was chilly in the room, it is a little bit so pack nightwear. The bar prices are an expensive but that is to be expected in a city hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of continental and cooked options. Take out cups available if like us you want to grab a drink to take with you. We had a great stay. Long corridors and can be a bit of a walk to rooms but not an issue for us. Very well located within 10 mins you can be most places in the city and only a few mins walk for Grand Central."
"My room was lovely, very inviting and pleasant, especially the bay window with a bean bag was a nice touch. Excellent customer service with a complimentary drink for using the self check service. Thank you I will definitely visit again 😁😁😁😁"
"It's suitable for a small family. It's very close to the city center. And the transportation is very convenient. The working staff at reception is very nice."
"From the moment we stepped into The Hampton at Hilton Cental we were made very welcome. The check-in was a pleasure and very efficient. We were allowed up to our rooms early. Th e staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless 404. The bed was very comfy. The towels were fluffy and plentiful. The shower was fab. The breakfast staff were very helpful to find us a table very quickly even though the dining room was very busy. Breakfast very tasty. I’m not at all surprised that the hotel has won Staff awards. We ll be back."

GGuest UserWe stayed here to go to a Katy Perry concert in SSE arena. We stayed in a room with 2 x Queen begs for 4 girls. It was fab! The room was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and staff were very nice and helpful. We had just eat deliveries for food and drink before the concert and got up to a gorgeous breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as I believe it caters for all. I am returning in January 2026 and cannot wait already.
PP&PGrand Central is in great location in heart of Belfast. Fantastic staff who are friendly and always on hand to help. At reception Matthew warmly welcomed us and we had a wonderful time Saturday afternoon lounging in the Observatory ,sipping delicious cocktails and enjoying the beautiful Belfast skyline. Breakfast was lovely with 2 highlights for me ; chef made me perfect poached eggs upon request - thank you! Also variety of mango, mixed berry etc. smoothies were freshly made and served during breakfast; delicious! Would thoroughly recommend for a short city break and Belfast too was buzzing! Will be back again December!

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay in The Malone. Lovely spacious room. Great breakfast, lovely bar food. Great to have free parking too. Nice relaxed hotel The hotel is located in a lovely area in Belfast, just around the corner from Queen’s university, Ulster Museum & the Botanic Gardens . Easy to walk to the town centre too. . All staff at the hotel were so friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend The Malone Hotel.
Mmarycon buagayanThis is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.
AAdam SparkesBrilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.
GGuest UserComfortable room in a good location for the city centre and bus station. Lobby was nice enough to sit in, and the staff reasonably attentive.
GGuest UserApartment was great, very clean and in a good location. Only problem was that i didn’t realise until I got there was that I had to put down a deposit. I think that this should have been part of the details when I booked. I was informed that it would only be put down as a pending amount but I was charged. Other than that I enjoyed the dream apartments and will stay again
