SShannen0305Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff even remember my coffee order from yesterday. And when I went to the gym the staff offered me to turn on the sauna and steam in advance. I feel so welcomed by every single staff in this hotel. And it cost only 120 per night includes breakfast and lounge that offer two time slot of snacks day. Dev and Solu are the best manager and staff I’ve ever met. So friendly and thoughtful. Thank you Solu for remembering my order and room number.

GGuest UserThe building itself is absolutely beautiful, and the room was very comfortable. It truly feels like staying in a well-preserved heritage property, and the atmosphere was lovely. The reception staff and room attendants were kind and attentive, and they explained everything clearly, which made the stay smooth and pleasant. However, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing, as the buffet options were quite limited, mainly fruits and cereals. I also had an unpleasant experience at the shop inside the hotel. Due to a staff mistake, I was charged twice. When I pointed this out, I was told that refunds are not accepted due to their policy. While I eventually received cash, the lack of a clear and straightforward refund process left a very unpleasant impression. Overall, the property itself and the hospitality were good.

GGuest Userit is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall. rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture. we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help the clients and served with a smile.

Everyone greeted me with a smile that made me feel right at home. The location is perfect — centrally situated, yet serene enough to relax after a busy day in the city.
