"Air By Ahuja has solid location. So close to the airport and Gurugram hot-spots like Ambience Mall and DLF Cyberhub. Staff are also kind, rooms are good. Not much to complain about. Price point is very reasonable. Ideal for a quick night's layover. One thing I loved about them and the reason why I gave full mark for amenities is because they gave a complimentary female-specific travel kit for guests. Fantastic touch."
"Very good and warm hospitality except the room reservation team.. Food was average. Breakfast was good, staff were very welcoming and prompt housekeeping. Special thanks to suhail from check in to checkout and jigyanshu from the Bar he made our trip memorable."
"Only stayed here for 2 nights but my impression about this hotel was good. I was going to extend my stay here at that time. However, the room was not available since it is too popular. Recommend for business trip."
"There are no amenities near the accommodation, but there are many grocery stores and Korean Town just a short taxi ride away. The facilities are also clean and nice."
"Only stayed for one night but was very happy with my stay. Spacious and clean room with all you would need. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was great as well. Highly recommend"

Great
JJivan Mahesh TulsianiI am extremely happy with my stay at the Grand Hyatt. I do thos every year. It was my anniversary and Celine (don't know the correct spelling, maybe Selene) was so kind in arranging cake for us. Divyaansh at Checkin was so courteous and professional, kindly helping us bring our bags to the room. His manager was also great, and remembered us from our stay last year. Forgot her name but she really exhibited her leadership skills. At checkout, Alisha was very helpful and kind, so was her manager (didn't get her name). They walked us all the way to the door. Kind gestures like these matter alot. Amit also showed great service by helping us with our bags, and Vinay at the front door too was so polite and helpful with our bags. Location is also alright. 35 minutes to airport if no traffic, half an hour drive to DLF Cyberhub for great dinner. Oh and in winter time they serve some delicious hot chocolate as a welcome drink. Their breakfast was also fantastic. I got to try local delights I don't usually have time to try like the Bun Maska. 10/10 recommend Grand Hyatt!
GGuest UserPerfect hotel and best thing is that they upgraded my room to premium and it was super huge and spacious , along with that the service is top notch and quick. Highly recommend and loved the cheese cake.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Hilton for two nights with our kids and we all absolutely loved it. It was clean and staff was warm. We definitely recommend Hilton to all those who wants to stay in a clean place.
NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended
Sspring-AiDue to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.
