GGuest UserWe stayed at Taj for two nights with our kids and we loved it. They welcomed us with full Indian traditions and check-in was seamless. It was awesome experience at every step from their front desk to house keeping. Food was great. Speacial thanks to their house keeping staff Omveer who put smile on my 6 year old son with his beautiful gesture by lining up his toy cars which my son absolutely loved. Will definitely stay at Taj again.

DDenish RameshchandraMy stay at ITC Mughal, Agra was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The beautiful Mughal-style architecture, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere added to the experience. The spa was relaxing, and the food, especially at Peshawri, was delicious. Plus, the hotel is close to the Taj Mahal, making it a great place to stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

GGuest UserMy fiance and I were so so SO blown away by this hotel's hospitality. We were celebrating a birthday and they treated us with a birthday cake surprise! Everyone in the hotel knew we were celebrating and they were just so kind! It was honestly so sad to leave this place!

GGuest UserWe stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

GGuest UserNice reception, polite administrators! There is a hotel security guard outside who opens the doors for visitors - it is very nice and pleasant. They also helped us carry our luggage to the room. Clean, large and spacious room, comfortable bed. The room has everything you need. Good location of the hotel: there are shops nearby, restaurants are located nearby. All the windows are opaque and covered with red curtains, as far as we understood, this is for safety. To take a shower, you need to call the reception so that they turn on the water heating. The shower head in the bathroom was leaking. The prices for laundry were inflated, so we did not use it. Very nice, polite and friendly staff who respond to any request. They helped us arrange a taxi driver after checking out of the hotel. The hotel also has its own vegetarian restaurant - we really enjoyed having dinner there. Opposite the hotel there are always tuk-tuks, with which you can inexpensively arrange a trip to any part of the city. Our stay at the hotel was very good and left only positive emotions. Thank you so much!
