The environment is very good, very antique Japanese style. Although the language is different, I will be very enthusiastic and use a translator to communicate. Breakfast is also very rich. The front desk will also be very enthusiastic to help me check the train timetable and remind us the time to catch the train.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to the front desk staff, especially Dar. She is helpful, kind, and I am truly grateful for her proactive assistance. Additionally, all the facilities in the hotel are excellent. It’s rare to find an onsen inside a hotel room with endless sea views, which is incredibly relaxing. The breakfast and club lounge experience were also great!

Great stay with excellent service and really near to Atami Station and the famous pudding shop. Millions of thanks to staff who couriered the charging wires, adaptor and necklace we accidentally left in there 😄😄😄

Always wanted to stay here Rooms have a view over the ocean and the hot baths between the two hotels ha e superb views as well The buffet room also is right by the water but feels like a cavern in the ocean Visually stunning Some of the rooms need updating I still think the hotel on the ocean side is the place to stay

The staffs in hotel is super friendly and helpful. They arrange shuttle bus service for us before and after the Atami fireworks show. Excellent service!!!

Great location, new deco, clean room and bathroom, free simple breakfast from Tully, very basic amenities but I think it’s okay to avoid wastage. The receptionist can be more customer friendly than though.

It was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities. The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami! I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

The spring is really nice and clear. The view for fireworks is awesome, close and avoid from the crowds. There are free ice shaving on the ground floor but not available at night which was a bit disappointed as I would like to have it after spring.

very good view at Atami, especially if you are attending the hanami festivals. Great accommodation for families and friends

The room was tidy and clean. We shared toilet and hot spring. The hot spring was awesome and we enjoyed 45 minutes there. This place was a worth staying hostel yet a bit far away from the JR station.
