The environment is very good, very antique Japanese style. Although the language is different, I will be very enthusiastic and use a translator to communicate. Breakfast is also very rich. The front desk will also be very enthusiastic to help me check the train timetable and remind us the time to catch the train.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to the front desk staff, especially Dar. She is helpful, kind, and I am truly grateful for her proactive assistance. Additionally, all the facilities in the hotel are excellent. It’s rare to find an onsen inside a hotel room with endless sea views, which is incredibly relaxing. The breakfast and club lounge experience were also great!

The staffs in hotel is super friendly and helpful. They arrange shuttle bus service for us before and after the Atami fireworks show. Excellent service!!!

We checked in on the very first day of opening! Very clean! There's an open-air hot spring on the rooftop ♨️ The hotel is a little far from the beach where you can swim, about a five-minute walk. But it's manageable; we walked there in our swimsuits. The Ginza bus stop is right outside the hotel, so you can take a bus directly to JR Atami Station. You can walk from Atami Station to the hotel. For the return trip, I recommend taking the bus, as it's all uphill. There are supermarkets and shopping streets around the hotel, so eating isn't a problem. There's a Spanish restaurant and a yakitori place that's especially delicious!

Very friendly and helpful staff keep helping me with luggage up the stairs. Awesome onsen and sauna. A bit further up the hill but I like it quiet and peaceful

Their service is wonderful. We left a charger in our room and they quickly locate it and return it. I understand that they use a plastic bag to hold all customer property left in their room and labelled it with dates and room no. This shows how they care about their customers and address to things systemically with every single details. This is one of the many times I forgot things in hotel and public transport and can get things back every time. Speechless!

The spring is really nice and clear. The view for fireworks is awesome, close and avoid from the crowds. There are free ice shaving on the ground floor but not available at night which was a bit disappointed as I would like to have it after spring.

It was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities. The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami! I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip here. We stayed two nights and loved how spacious our room was. The private onsen overlooking the ocean was incredible and clean - the water seems to run continuously so it is always at the perfect temperature. The service was excellent and the staff either spoke English or used a pocket translator. Masa and his team were kind hosts explained all our food courses in delightful detail. The Japanese breakfast was incredibly good and authentic. We even got to meet the sous chef who explained some dishes and was so sweet. The dinners were multicourse and French style with truly impressive in-room service. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
