"I have booked room with breakfast andspa access for 5 nights. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping that made the room feel fresh every day. The hair dryer provided was a high-quality Refa brand, and all the amenities such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner were excellent. The skincare set for women was especially impressive—I really loved using it. The hotel also provided comfortable pajamas that were changed daily, which meant I hardly needed to bring many personal items with me. The public onsen experience was outstanding and very relaxing. Overall, it was a memorable stay and I was genuinely impressed. Highly recommended."

"Well this is my fifth time staying in this hotel (7 nights stay for this visit), i love the location and the breakfast, including the helpful front desk staff, however 1 thing i noticed that requires improvement is the housekeeping crew. The bins are placed properly and toilet paper roll is left on the floor inside the bedroom, also that the dust needs to be cleaned right? We have only requested for 3 room make-up services as part of the effort to go green, yet the service provided is far from expectation comparing to all my previous stay in this hotel. Kindly work on that as improvement."

"This Hotel is so awesome and will recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy luxury and privacy. Stayed for 5 nights. It is so clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They even made your birthday special when they came to know about it by placing gifts in your room. Breakfast is awesome, please book it. Walking distance to susukino the shopping and FnB belt of Sapporo. Beautiful view. Room was spacious and bathroom was so spacious and convenient with all amenities. Shuttle bus to sapporo station is there and buses available infront of the hotel. No regrets very satisfied."

The hotel breakfast was a delightful surprise—Japanese-style—with fresh sashimi, sweet shrimp, tempura, seafood rice bowls, and more, all served early in the morning. Refills were prompt, and the staff were quick and efficient in attending to each guest in an orderly manner. Additionally, there's an airport bus stop just 100 to 200 meters from the hotel, directly opposite Abest Hotel."

One thing to note for travelers who are driving: although parking is available at the hotel, there is a daily parking fee for hotel guests.
