I had a very pleasant stay at Ginza Capital Hotel Akane. The location is very strategic — it’s within about a 250-meter walking distance to the train station, which made getting around extremely easy. Tsukiji Fish Market is also within walking distance, which was a big plus for me. There’s a convenience store right next to the hotel, so it was very convenient for quick snacks or essentials. I also really liked the surrounding area — it’s not crowded, with fewer vehicles passing by, making it feel calm and comfortable. The room was clean, and although it was on the smaller side (which is quite typical in Tokyo), the soundproofing was surprisingly good, allowing for a restful stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back and stay here again.

The location is great, with several restaurants close to the hotel. It’s also easy to get to Shimbashi train station. I stayed overnight, and the late check-in counter was very accommodating.

Our stay in the double room at Kanda Belken Hotel was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were new, and the service was attentive. The location is superb and very convenient for transport. After checking out, the hotel promptly found and safely kept a phone I'd left behind, and even proactively contacted me, which was incredibly reassuring. Highly recommend! 👍

My daughter and I stayed here together. The location was convenient, close to Ginza and Tsukiji, but the walls of our room were thin, so we could hear voices from the next room and the hallway, which woke us up several times during the night. If you are okay with this, I think it's a good option, as the price is reasonable.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. It's quite convenient as you can take the LCB airport bus directly from Narita Airport Terminal 2 to Ginza, and then it's just a 10-minute walk to the hotel. It's all flat ground, so pulling luggage is a breeze. Taxis in Tokyo are very expensive, so this saved me a lot of money.

Staff was rude! The old men on the reception was unfriendly! Feels like they are “******” to the foreigners - that is totally not okay in modern world! Staff did want to help and did not smiled. Ba careful - before check inn you need to pay Tokyo Tax, you can not pay by cash and your foreign credit card may not work in Japan but of course you do not have Japanese credit card, so you have no choice in this situation, the old man on the reception will laugh at your face and will not help you.

Facilities: The overall facilities are quite comprehensive and very new. The capsule rooms are also relatively new and spacious. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good. Environment: The functional areas on each floor are very clearly divided. Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and patiently answered questions. (The shower area is large, there are many public restrooms, and you can see Tokyo Tower from the 10th floor. However, the hotel does not provide hot drinking water, and the toothbrushes are a bit stiff. Other than that, everything else is good.)

The room was quite spacious for Ginza, I could easily open up a large suitcase. They had a laundry room, microwave, and everything you'd need. The location is excellent too, with many subway lines within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing as a solo traveler. Being in Ginza, you can just step out and shop. The only thing is, don't expect too much from the 'Chinese preferred' aspect; it's just a regular hotel that accommodates foreign guests. Regardless, checking in and out was fine even without speaking English or Japanese. The only minor inconvenience was that some in-room instructions and facility guides weren't in Chinese and needed translating. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

Very clean hotel. We’ve got room with no no view but anyway, everyday cleaning, good bed, was enough for 2 of us. We didn’t expected huge room and king size bed as we understood that it’s business hotel in Tokyo location - perfect, 4 mins by walk to the closest subway station and bus station just in front of the entrance Will book again for the next trip

KkhosodaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by every aspect of the experience. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing more than enough space to relax after a long day. The location is another major highlight. It is very convenient and well-situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions, transportation, and restaurants. This made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm and professional attitude. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. Every meal I had was satisfying and enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

GGuest UserQuite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area.

MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob). Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn. They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park. However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay: 1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around. 2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

There’s a FamilyMart, AEON, and many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. You can walk to Tobu Department Store every day for shopping. The hotel offers a welcome drink available anytime, and there is a separate onsen for men and women. In the evening at 6:00 PM, there is a free happy hour with drinks—perfect for alcohol lovers. My husband really loved it. The amenities are also of good quality. If I visit Japan again, I would definitely choose to stay here—the price is very reasonable too.

CCN_NanaThe facility was great in general. Except you cant stay over the day its just for sleeping, showering and then you can leave it ln daytime, leave your stuff, as they clean and restrict the sleeping area. Otherwise it was kind of an all inclusive experience and did have a clean and nice washroom, as well as all round service. But it was a bit loud in the morning, the cleaning stuff rummages around exactly in front of the bed, talking, making noise cleaining beds 2 hours before check out.
