"Directly connected to the station, it’s a stellar location. Hotel is modern, room has a long table which is amazing for laying out everything I need. Comfortable double bed, spacious for one!"
"Nice to stay here. The hotel location is close to Kanazawa station. That's convenience. Reception & Restaurant area are at 13rd floor. Twin bedroom is bigger than double bedroom (more space). Breakfast is served as Japanese's set. I staied for 2nights : The first breakfast is rice pot with fish set. The second breakfadt is rice pot with crab set. Love it❤️ what a photogram set I would said."
"This was our return stay at the hotel, but this time we booked a suite — and it was an excellent choice. The suite is very spacious, even with an extra bed added, making it ideal for families or a group of friends traveling together. The bathroom setup is thoughtful, with the toilet and shower area separated, which really adds convenience when sharing the room. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a lovely view and give the room a bright, open feel. The included massage chair was a wonderful touch — perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. As always, the hotel’s location is unbeatable, right by Kanazawa Station and surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay that we’d happily repeat."
"I was greeted by a very warm front desk staff during check-in . Hotel is easy to locate and near the Kanazawa station. Room was smaller than I imagined. Buffet breakfast spread was good."
"HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Kanazawa – My Absolute Favourite of My 2026 Japan Trip! I stayed at HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Kanazawa for three nights, and it ended up being my favourite hotel of my entire trip. The room was extremely clean and very spacious — at 32 sqm, it really was much larger than most hotels in Japan for the price paid and was very comfortable for a longer stay. The pricing was also very affordable for the space, quality, and comfort provided, making it excellent value for money. Service from the staff was also excellent — friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. There is a bathtub provided with bath salts given at the front desk Food: I also tried the Kanazawa Gozen (last pic) recommended by the hotel, and it was fantastic. At 3,500 yen, it was well worth the price and a great way to experience local cuisine without leaving the hotel. Location: 5 mins walk from JR Kanazawa Station exit, pretty straightforward, with an underground walkway, which is noticeable after exiting and turning left. Overall, an outstanding stay and easily my top hotel choice during this trip. I truly hope to return and stay here again in the future."
"Good, new hotel. Conveniently located right next to the station. The rooms are clean, with strong hot water pressure and good ventilation. The rooms have everything you need for a shower, and small items like razors and cotton swabs can be taken from the first floor near the reception. They provide comfortable, soft pajamas. I didn’t find any drawbacks, and my stay was pleasant"

GGuest UserVery good location and accessible via underground link from Kanazawa Station. Very easy to navigate around the underground network. Many food options nearby. 10 mins walk to the popular Omicho market for fresh seafood and dining options. Room is well maintained. Helpful front desk staff and concierge. Will choose this hotel if visiting Kanazawa.
JJosephTruly an amazing place. Super clean, plush and fantastic service. Food was excellent and truly can’t express how great the service was from start to finish.
GGuest UserInside the hotel decorated for Japanese style. There are various kinds of breakfast sashimi , tempura. It's very delicious. And hotel service for night Soba. It's very good. Good experience for me when visiting Kanazawa. There is Auto Parking lot at back side of hotel.
GGuest UserExcellent location with train station and attractions such as Kenrokuen Garden and Osaka Park within walking distance. We love the complimentary coffee offered at the reception area. Spacious and tasteful room decorations and arrangements Friendly customer service team. We will stay at this hotel again for our future trips to Kanazawa. .
GGuest UserHotel is so great I will definitely come back to Kanazawa one day and stay here. The room is spacious enough for 3 of us. They provided every amenities we needed including ironing equipment. We can dry our clothes in the bathroom. Staff are very friendly even though my Japanese skills are so bad. We were a bit unlucky due to the weather, there was hailing when we were there but other that it's all good. Most importantly, the hotel is right next to the Kanazawa station and ease us on our movement around. Thank you for the great service I will definitely come back.
GGuest UserThe hotel is well located: 15 min wall from the station, 10 from local district and historical place, just in front of the most famous market and along one of the most posh streets. A nice mall is just next to it if you need anything. The reception and restaurant are at the 16th floor and offer a great view. Rooms are correct, lathe not the modernest style but fine enough (I booked a single room). The personnel extremely gentle and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
MMagnus TanThe dorm was quite tricky to find on the sidewalk, walking from JR Kanazawa station, the sign was on a wall behind me, in the walkway leading into the building it was. One should look out to the left once you’ve reached the building. There were no staff when I checked in late at night around 10pm, but I received an email beforehand detailing the guest forms I should fill up and some other information. Once I arrived, there were other clear instructions about my bunk, luggage storage and house rules. The entry area had several books and leaflets about the area and a map indicating eateries and sightseeing locations recommended by staff, a useful touch. Some of it were in English too. The bunk was perfectly acceptable for a quick night sleep. The bed was wide and had lockable lockers to the side. Refreshments like drinks, snacks and noodles were also available for a small fee and payment was done via a tin box. Overall, very good value for money and it provided an opportunity to chat with other travellers staying by there. I chatted with someone from Taiwan and a local working at Kanazawa station’s tourist information centre. He was snowed in for the night and it’s worth noting that, it would be a struggle to haul luggage through heavy snow on the way to the property.
