They went above and beyond by using a translation machine to greet and communicate with us, and they patiently introduced us to their lovely diner in great detail, one by one. GGuest UserOverall, my stay was pleasant, but as a Marriott property, I had slightly higher expectations. The lobby felt a bit too simple compared to what I anticipated, and I found communication at the reception a little challenging as the staff’s English could be improved—especially since many international guests stay here. On the positive side, I really appreciated having a pool despite the hotel being so close to the beach. That said, I was surprised to find quite a bit of sand at the bottom of the pool, which affected the experience. Other facilities were excellent: I especially enjoyed the hot spring and the souvenir shop. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to others.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. We liked the on-property Onsen, bakery, and common kitchen space. We did not have a dog but enjoyed that it was dog friendly. We took the short walk to the beach and visited restaurants, shops, and nature views on foot also. We took the bus to Adventure World and saw some great animal shows.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Crystal Villa Shirahama. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the private onsen, which we all truly enjoyed — it was relaxing and perfect after a long day of traveling. The house is fully equipped with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, making it feel like a ready-to-move-in home. You can easily cook your own meals with your own ingredients, which is very convenient and comfortable, especially for group stays. The surrounding area is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a calm getaway.

GGuest UserThis time I traveled with three friends, and it was a really fulfilling stay. The large public bath was very spacious, and the bathroom attached to the room was also very clean. It was equipped with the latest washing machine, so it had many great features. I would like to stay here again.
