Very cosy and unique accommodation! Love the Japanese style room😊 The boss is a very friendly lady from China, making it easy to communicate with her.

The service was outstanding, particularly from the diligent Japanese lady team. They went above and beyond by using a translation machine to greet and communicate with us, and they patiently introduced us to their lovely diner in great detail, one by one. Great place to stay. We liked the on-property Onsen, bakery, and common kitchen space. We did not have a dog but enjoyed that it was dog friendly. We took the short walk to the beach and visited restaurants, shops, and nature views on foot also. We took the bus to Adventure World and saw some great animal shows.

Not the biggest space around but it’ll do. Place was very clean and there is parking if you’re driving.

The ONSEN ryokan is located a bit off the street but Shirahama center is very small. You are able to walk from the Ryokan to the center and Shirahama beach within 10 mins. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. One of them opens 24/7. The decoration in the Ryokan looks very showa style. The staff here are friendly and helpful.

Comfy bed, large and clean room. Have common areas like shared kitchen at the residence. The residence is located next to the main block of the hotel. You have to walk outside for ~2min to travel to the main block if you would like to enjoy the hot spring / play at the game room / exchange for new towels. Hot spring is nice, with indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor one is with stunning sea view. There are snooker, table tennis, and other games in the game room for all guests.

Overall was a good experience and nice environment, food was good. Improvement:- It will be good to have buggy service for customers regardless of time as some of us may have big and many luggages to carry by hand to the room. It will be better to have more different variety and choice of dinner food the next day,  as we were dining two days with almost same food.

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Villa Shirahama. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the private onsen, which we all truly enjoyed — it was relaxing and perfect after a long day of traveling. The house is fully equipped with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, making it feel like a ready-to-move-in home. You can easily cook your own meals with your own ingredients, which is very convenient and comfortable, especially for group stays. The surrounding area is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a calm getaway.

Suited me perfectly, no frills in a great location, but it ticked all the boxes for me. They have a fantastic open-air hot spring, too.

The panda room was very cute and nice.
