The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The spacious environment made the stay very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, featuring a rainfall shower and a separate wet and dry area for added convenience. The extra-large double bed came with four pillow options, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the room provided a hairdryer, straightener, and curling iron, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and friendly, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

The location is very good. 5 min to sendai train station. There is a famous grilled beef tongue across the hotel. There is also convenience store nearby. I think the coin laundry is so expensive, it’s 700 yen. Room is spacious and clean.

Wow! Everything was nice here! The location was good, close to the station. The amenities were remarkable and the b'fast buffet sets the standard! I will highly recommend this Koko Hotel and would be more than satisfied to stay again!

Traveling with family for few days at Sendai. Good location to JR Sendai station. Lounge open for all guest to have complimentary drinks till late night.

It was only one night stay but the room was comfortable , it takes 20 minutes of walk from the train station but it was a nice stay

I stayed in a twin room with a reception set. It was nice and spacious. The beds are two singles so they're a bit small, but I was able to sleep comfortably so it was fine.
