This is an excellent value accommodation for a trip to Busan. It was perfectly spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Having an individual drum washing machine in the utility room meant we didn't need to use a separate laundry room. The living room, with its two three-seater sofas and a 6-person dining table, was also very convenient. The hotel's location right in front of the subway station made shopping incredibly convenient. The two gentlemen at the front desk were also extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Haeundae Central Hotel. The location is excellent! Right in the heart of Haeundae and very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean, making our stay very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

We had an accident while trying to open the door. Although the door unlocked, the security latch inside got stuck, and my finger was badly cut when the door slammed shut. Fortunately, the hotel staff handled the situation professionally and upgraded us to a better room as compensation. The new room was spacious, well-designed, and we had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel owner is very kind. We have water, towels, soap, a toothbrush, a comb, and condoms available. We were surprised, but it's great.
Very clean, we loved it! The only downside for Westerners is that the bed is very hard!!

We are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Centum subway station, making it very convenient to get around. We also enjoyed the view of the river and bridge, which was a nice bonus.
The room felt a bit old and was somewhat cold overnight since the floor was carpeted rather than ondol-heated. The air conditioner was okay but not very strong; even though we set it to 26°C, the room stayed around 24–24.5°C. That said, the space was adequate and comfortable overall, and we liked the desk in the room.
The staff were friendly. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for business travellers and also a solid option for families looking for a reasonably priced stay.

The location of the accommodation is a little far from the station, but it is near the water.
It was so nice because the sea was right in front 🌊
I came when the weather was bad, but if the weather is nice,
I think you will be able to see an even prettier ocean view!
The facilities were good and it was even better because it was spacious.

Comfortable and spacious for this price. It's located 5 min awah from Huendae beach with many restaurants , street market and shops around.
It was clean inside. I got two cups of water , two capsules for espresso machine to make coffee and some tissues/rolls of toilet paper . You would need to buy yourself next day all those things including toothbrush and toothpaste ( you can find it in the nearby shop ).
You will get the password to open the door of your room and also for the elevator and locker.

Its location is excellent, within walking distance to both metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore various attractions.
The front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting with calling a taxi.
The only minor drawback was the breakfast. It was delivered to the room door in a basket, which looked elegant, but the variety was quite limited and not as filling as a buffet breakfast.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Aagent0Toyoko Inn Busan Station No.1 is conveniently located right across the street from Busan Station, so the location really couldn’t be better. There are also self-service luggage lockers in the lobby on the first floor; guests can ask the front desk for the access code.
This time I stayed in a double room with one bed. To be honest, it felt quite small if you're group of two, but considering the price, it was acceptable. Unfortunately, on the morning of checkout, there was an issue where only hot water was available and no cold water, which was a bit disappointing.

From the balcony, we had lovely views of the inner bay and a large sports/fitness complex, which gave the area a lively, local feel. Downstairs, there's a seafood BBQ; the eel and shellfish were on the pricey side, but they were definitely very fresh.

GGuest Userparking is very convenient as the carpark is right beside the hotel. across the road you have many petrol/charging/lpg kiosks also for easy refuel before returning the rental car. the location of the hotel is very near to the central where late night shopping/food are everywhere. right outside the hotel there is a bus stop too. the room is clean with no smell at all, aircon new and working well. front desk is very friendly also. overall a good experience. driving to the airport is not far as well within 30 mins even during late morning hours.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.

If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. GGuest UserFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.
