GGuest UserA good hotel. Comfortable rooms, fast internet, a buffet breakfast, and mostly local Asian food. There aren't many restaurants in the area, but the hotel itself has a bar-restaurant with an outdoor terrace and live music. The food is inexpensive and delicious. You can book a taxi around Mandalay and tickets to Bagan at reception. We were booked for a minivan and told there weren't any big buses to Bagan, but that's not true; at least the JJ bus company covers that route.

YYEE THENGI stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Overall, my experience has been okay in terms of cleanliness, location, staff support, and value for money. The biggest issue that needs improvement is the WiFi. It's really bad, and we couldn't even use it for basic web browsing.

GGuest UserIt good hotel. 3-rd floor everything is old and used. 2-nd floor renovated and clean. Restaurant and breakfast good. Has gym, swimming pool. Reception stuff is good and helpful.
