GGuest UserI stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff was courteous, kind, and made my stay comfortable. When I asked the front desk staff at the hotel about how to get from Mandalay to Bakan, they arranged a driver for me. (OK Express buses currently do not allow tourists.) The driver was a really nice guy, and delivered me both on time, politely, and safely both ways. I would also like to thank the hotel staff who made the arrangements.

JJaritramThis is my first time visiting Mandalay. I read the reviews that this hotel is new and in a great location. Overall, my experience has been okay in terms of cleanliness, location, staff support, and value for money. The biggest issue that needs improvement is the WiFi. It's really bad, and we couldn't even use it for basic web browsing.

GGuest UserIt good hotel. 3-rd floor everything is old and used. 2-nd floor renovated and clean. Restaurant and breakfast good. Has gym, swimming pool. Reception stuff is good and helpful.

LLAISHANKELLYTravel hospitality with hotel owners let set, good hotel location, convenient transportation. Hotel room area is large enough, well equipped, clean and tidy. Hotel Beds hard and soft appropriate, very good sleep. Sister and friendly reception. It will be re-ordered.
