You can really see the effort they put into maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. The doorway, hallway, and room were all clean and fresh, which I truly appreciate. The WiFi was also reliable, which is important for me.
The room was spacious definitely a big plus point. I requested a quiet room and even extended my stay for another night because of how comfortable it was.
I will definitely come back if I visit this city again.

This is likely an apartment. There's a pool on the 9th floor, and another hotel on the ground floor. For check-in, you need to contact the manager via WhatsApp or email. Early check-in isn't possible; it starts at 3 PM. When it's time, the manager will come with a bunch of keys and process check-ins according to a list. A 100 MYR deposit is required, which is returned in cash upon check-out. The room is very clean and has an induction hob for cooking, complete with cutlery and plates. There are many dining options around the building. The MRT Green Line is about 500 meters away, which takes you to Kuala Lumpur's busiest areas like Lot 10 and Sungei Wang Plaza. Check-out time is flexible; just message the manager, and they'll come to your room to collect the keys.

The room was very comfortable, and the infinity pool on the rooftop offered a unique and stunning view. It's only a five-minute walk to the Bukit Bintang commercial area, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Going downstairs to buy food, necessities, or for entertainment was also super easy. Highly recommend! The room decor was elegant and beautiful, with complete and comfortable facilities.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. First, the pros: The hotel is in the city center, not too far from nearby attractions (though my friend and I only stayed here as a base for a trip to Malacca, and getting to the train station, bus station, or airport all required a taxi). Before checking in, I saw on Xiaohongshu that the connecting rooms can be noisy (three rooms together, and you can hear the door closing clearly). When I checked in and mentioned this, I still got a connecting room… And!! The most important thing is that I booked this hotel specifically for its highly-rated infinity pool, only to find a notice at the elevator after checking in, saying the pool was closed for maintenance ⏸️! They didn't notify anyone in advance! (And it wasn't even good value for money! My friend and I booked a hotel in Penang in the same price range, and it had great sea views and excellent service!)

Really impressed with the facilities, cleanliness and comfort - value stay with quality comparing with hotels! The infinity pool (shared with Sleeping Lions Suites) is the highlight, very beautiful views and relaxing - perfect place to watch sunset too, but pool cleanliness can be improved since too many users at same time. Gym is clean & complete, with great open views. Dry sauna also available but no steam sauna. Room is clean with comfortable beddings, aircon just right temperature, mostly complete except no fridge and coffee/tea (acceptable since it's not hotel). Room service comes almost immediately upon asking host. Location is very near Bukit Bintang main tourists area.
Only complaints : Lifts may take forever to go up or down since they serve too many residents and seems to be somewhat faulty - they stop at some floors when nobody is around. Also, check-in process can be troublesome if done last min at late night past 12am, as you need to contact the hosts who might be asleep by then..so recommended to text them in advance.
Overall a great, satisfying stay and I'll be back!

The hotel is in excellent location. It was easy for me to attend to all the activities.
As already mentioned in the earlier posts, I also found the room, bathroom and the breakfast area is all infested with the tiny cockroaches. They are present more where the food is.
Bathroom, though attended, the drain was found clogged. The wall are with fungi growth with pungent smell. I witnessed many people sneezing at the breakfast, not only just myself.
They need to take care with better PEST control and housekeeping.

Apartment location is very fantastic just walking distance to KLCC and surrounded by food. Awesome place. However disappointed we saw some cockroaches at the kitchen area which is disturbing. Aside to that the TV is hard to see local TV channel only have Netflix which u need to sign in which is troublesome. Also, the bidet in the toilet is working but it doesnt aim properly and the water output is poor. Have to use a container to wash up of pee and poo.

The breakfast was a real highlight for me, there was a great variety, and everything felt well thought out. Even for just one morning, it was the kind of spread you actually look forward to.
The bed was super comfortable, which made a difference even on a short stay. I slept really well. I also appreciated the toiletries, they felt more premium than usual and added a nice touch to the room.
That said, I did notice a slight smell on the linens. It wasn’t overpowering, but just noticeable enough to take away a bit from an otherwise cosy setup.
Overall, a solid one-night stay. Comfortable, well-located, and enjoyable, though a bit more attention to housekeeping details would make it even better.

NNan Zun Phyu We had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The buffet breakfast was decent with a good variety.
The facilities were a highlight of our stay. The premier gym is spacious and well-equipped, the swimming pool is clean and inviting, and the sauna is a great addition for relaxation. I also appreciated the convenience of having a salon and massage services located on level one.
Another nice perk is the Hard Rock Café on the ground floor, which offers a 15% discount for hotel guests when you show your room key.
Most importantly, the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
As a suggestion, it would be even better if the hotel could include a nail salon in its facilities to provide a more complete wellness experience.

The staff were all very good too, and room service was super quick to respond! Then there's the breakfast, which was really abundant, with Chinese, Thai, Indian, and European options – so much variety, and the best part is it all tasted great! The most important thing is that the room was huge. The cleanliness was a *little* bit lacking, but overall it didn't affect my stay.

GGuest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is its excellent location. It's really close to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around or catching a train. For anyone who commutes, is in transit, or travels frequently, the location is absolutely perfect. It saves a lot of time and hassle when you're out for business or changing transport, which is a huge bonus.
However, what really impacts the stay is the poor soundproofing in the rooms. At night, you can quite clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway, as well as noises from the room next door. Even a slight sound can be disturbing. For light sleepers or those who need a quiet environment to rest, this really affects sleep quality. It's hard to get a good night's sleep, and the overall sense of rest is not great.
If you're not particularly bothered by noise and primarily value location and convenience, it might be acceptable. But if you're looking for a good rest and a peaceful night's sleep, you'd need to consider this carefully.

What really made our stay even better was the excellent service we received from Mr. Shapon Alam. He was very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very quick and helpful in answering questions on WhatsApp. Minor issues were promptly addressed by maintenance. Plus, there are plenty of dining options conveniently located downstairs.

1. Location.
Since it is located in the heart of theKuala Lumpur infront of huge city and mountain providies great view just from the hotel.
2. Service.
Stuffs are really friendly and open to help you every second that You never face problem.
＞Sheets, Pillows, Duvet and Curtaion are always clean and have great scent.
＞Floor, Window, Beds, wall and stairs are well painted andcleaned by the people.
＞There are always several clean towels near your bathroom and they wash them daily. in addition bodywash and shampoo is also available. I brought my hygienic stuffs but I didn't use becasue all is provided by the hotel.
＞Althought Malysia is really hot, insideof the Hotel is amzingly cool which provides you great stay there.
＞There are 3 wifi lines just in case, if the hotel filled with a lot of people.
＞Morni;g And Evening view is awsome next to bathroom that you can spend sometime there.
＞If you.want to do your loundry, just near the hotel there are alot of washing machines.
＞ If you need any help regarding to Transportation, Clothes, Gifts, or visiting places they help you a lot.

There in not possible to be in the noisy spot. Inside the hotal is so silent and quiet. If you make noise the manager warns you to stop to do that.

＞Starting with bed all things sheet duvet and pillows are so so clean and have great thai scent.
＞Next Inside your hotel there is the place where you can charge your phones anddigital devices.
＞Additionally, I never expected this, there is the light inside your bed whoch provides you enought light inside your bed. You can swtch it on and off anytime.
＞ Inside your bed there will also haveline to put your clothes and items on the hunger. Oversll the bed is really big and super comfortable.
＞If yiu have any exlensive and valuable stuffs, they give you the keys of the locker where you can keep anything inside.
＞on the 2 floor there are 2 sofas which focused the view of the gree mountains that you can watch and read book.
＞Besides sofa there are a tabel andtwo chairs on both floors.
＞Inside hotel each floor includes 2 air conditioner which you can sleep well.
6. Outsideof the hotel.
Appearance of the hotel is so colourful and beautiful, where you can enjoy when you come back.
＞Near the window outside there is the small cuty tablle and chairs where you can read books (I saw some books on the tabel) or you can smoke cigorette.
＞There are 2 laundry lines and where you can dry up your clothes andit has several hungers.
6. Personal Advice
Never bring your soup or shampoo since it is provided py the hotel.
Try to bring one clean slipper with yourself to put on while you are inside because your shoes which you use outside is not allowed to put inside.
Be Ready to be shocked that you will se the wonderfull view from the both windows on the 2 floors.
Try to be qiuet and speak with lower voise to not distrub the people inside.
AS I SAID THE STUFF AND PEOPLE THARE ARE SO FRIENDLE AND GENTLE. FOREVER.
