GGuest UserThis is my first time staying at the One World Hotel, which is recommended by my friend. It’s a very grand and clean 5-Stars hotel, which is located away from the usual busy Bukit Bintang. The hotel is directly link to the 1-Utama shopping mall, which is very convenient if you need to buy or eat anything. Upon arrival, there is bellboy helped to load the luggage and placed aside till check-in. The service is fast and efficient. The check-in is hassle free. However, it is not for the check-out, as you need to join together in the same queue as those who check-in. There is no quick and fast self check-out. The room comes with two Queen beds, which is good and ideal for a family stay. It is clean and tidy. It also comes with some complimentary drinks, snacks and also bathtub which my kids love to bath in. For the breakfast, it is just located directly near the lift at a lower floor after the lobby. The spread is amazing, the quality of the food is great and it tastes really nice and delicious. One of the highlight is the prata, which is freshly made on the spot and it is crispy and tasty. Next is the pastry, especially the Pain au chocolat, the chocolate is so rich and creamy. Likewise for the buttery croissant. They do sell them in their bakery too. It is definitely a breakfast not to be missed! They have amazing swimming pools which has the normal usual one and another is for the kids to play in. The overall experience is great and we have a wonderful time staying in One World Hotel. We will definitely come back again next time. Thank you One World!

GGuest UserBooked Premier Room for 3 adults including breakfast. Room is spacious with 1 king bed and sofa. So have to request for extra pillows, blanket and towel. Staffs are friendly and helpful with questions. Free parking at L3 with TnG - ask them where and how to park. Breakfast at Lafayette is ok only as the spread is limited.

GGuest UserThe bad: on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay, i went to eat breakfast at 8:20am. There was not much food left. I thought they will replenish. They didn't. The staff told me some 200 over had their breakfast and they finished the food. But I've paid for my breakfast during the booking. Trip.com should seek a refund from the hotel The good: the staff at the restaurant. She's very friendly and attentive. The chef at the egg station. He was kind and friendly to me. I've uploaded their pictures. This hotel is very near to the MRT station. Don't follow Google to guide you to the hotel. When u step out of the mrt, the hotel is right in front of your. U don't need to make a big turn like the Google directed. Google is wrong!! The breakfast for the 3 days are repetitive. So not worth. The fried rice is surprisingly good.

Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided.For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. The room is spacious and worth your money.Very good service, friendly staff made me and my family love staying here. Thank you all.

GGuest UserThis service apartment is in Empire City. Newly opened. Location is good as near to Petaling Jaya and it is easy to get Grab. The waiting area is B3. The studio unit is complete for a short stay with a basic kitchenette. There is a fridge but it wasn't connected to a power socket so it was not usable. For toiletries, there is only shower gel and shampoo. The shower area is next to the toilet bowl & there is no partition to separate them. The shower pressure is good. The towel is clean. The whole place is clean. The mattress is comfortable although a bit stiff and the pillows are comfy too. One pillow per pax. The whole place is full of high rise under development but it wasn't noisy. The building itself is 39 floors with 6 fast lifts. On Saturday, there was a crowd waiting for the lifts and the same when we checked out on Sunday. All 6 lifts serve all floors so those of us staying on the lower floors had to wait quite long to get a lift down during check out time. We had a few worried minutes when the lift wouldn't move down after it stopped at floor 5. Someone told us over the intercom to push the doors when they are closing so that the doors would be closed properly so two guys did that. The lift began moving down but due to the peak hour, it stopped at every floor & the two guys would have to help push the doors close every time as the doors were closing. This caused all us anxiety. I hope the management will look into the problems. I was told to contact the customer care through WhatsApp if I need help but they aren't helpful. The services management company, Flash unfortunately is offering guests money rewards if they give 5-star reviews meaning there will be fake 5-star reviews.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Premium Quadruple Studio and it was absolutely breathtaking! The room was spotless, with super comfortable beds, a big TV, and excellent high-speed WiFi. The small kitchen area was a nice touch—perfect for preparing light meals like ramen. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and had reliable hot water, which made our stay even more comfortable. The entire studio felt roomy and well-designed, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Reception was very easy to access, and we also loved that there’s a retail shop right on the ground floor with plenty of variety. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are very satisfied—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great travel experience!

GGuest UserPros: -Good value for money, less than RM50 per pax for 4 people -Comfortable bed (King Koil brand) + new furniture -The condo is newly build so everything is new -Free parking at basement -Swift check-in process at level G, no queue and very fast to get the key from the counter -kitchen utensils, oven, induction cooker, fridge, all provided Cons: -only 2 bottle water provided, no water dispenser machine (pro tips: there is one outside the gym at level 39) -floor cleanliness can be improved, found some dirt and sand on the floor -swimming pool is not that clean, also told by the security guard that we can't use the swimming pool that day, not sure the reason -lift is taking soooooo long time to reach you, suggest to avoid peak hour like noon 12PM checkout time -quiet surroundings, only have a mart downstairs, everything else need to take car =Overall, a good experience due to good value for money.
