This is my first time staying at the One World Hotel, which is recommended by my friend. It’s a very grand and clean 5-Stars hotel, which is located away from the usual busy Bukit Bintang. The hotel is directly link to the 1-Utama shopping mall, which is very convenient if you need to buy or eat anything. Upon arrival, there is bellboy helped to load the luggage and placed aside till check-in. The service is fast and efficient. The check-in is hassle free. However, it is not for the check-out, as you need to join together in the same queue as those who check-in. There is no quick and fast self check-out. The room comes with two Queen beds, which is good and ideal for a family stay. It is clean and tidy. It also comes with some complimentary drinks, snacks and also bathtub which my kids love to bath in. For the breakfast, it is just located directly near the lift at a lower floor after the lobby. The spread is amazing, the quality of the food is great and it tastes really nice and delicious. One of the highlight is the prata, which is freshly made on the spot and it is crispy and tasty. Next is the pastry, especially the Pain au chocolat, the chocolate is so rich and creamy. Likewise for the buttery croissant. They do sell them in their bakery too. It is definitely a breakfast not to be missed! They have amazing swimming pools which has the normal usual one and another is for the kids to play in. The overall experience is great and we have a wonderful time staying in One World Hotel. We will definitely come back again next time. Thank you One World!

Everything is good. Room is clean and tidy. The only problem is the location, hard to find.

A thoroughly pleasant stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. The room was clean, well-appointed, and generously spacious, providing a comfortable and restful environment. The international breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety of both Western and Asian options, all well prepared and efficiently replenished. Service was a standout — special kudos to Ganesh at Reception for his warm professionalism, and to Suhaidy at the restaurant for her attentive and friendly service. A dependable choice for both business and leisure stays.

Booked Premier Room for 3 adults including breakfast. Room is spacious with 1 king bed and sofa. So have to request for extra pillows, blanket and towel. Staffs are friendly and helpful with questions. Free parking at L3 with TnG - ask them where and how to park. Breakfast at Lafayette is ok only as the spread is limited.

The bad: on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay, i went to eat breakfast at 8:20am. There was not much food left. I thought they will replenish. They didn't. The staff told me some 200 over had their breakfast and they finished the food. But I've paid for my breakfast during the booking. Trip.com should seek a refund from the hotel The good: the staff at the restaurant. She's very friendly and attentive. The chef at the egg station. He was kind and friendly to me. I've uploaded their pictures. This hotel is very near to the MRT station. Don't follow Google to guide you to the hotel. When u step out of the mrt, the hotel is right in front of your. U don't need to make a big turn like the Google directed. Google is wrong!! The breakfast for the 3 days are repetitive. So not worth. The fried rice is surprisingly good.

Really new and very clean inside. Easy to check in, nice and cozy stay. With the great location near ss15 and this price, there's really nothing to complain about. The property management is also responsive. Their security guard even guided through my whole way into carpark to find my specific parking lot. Would come back again if there's next time. Only minor cons about this property is the drainage system of the shower is slightly slow.

Very nice stay cleanese peaceful relax. Except no hair dryer. The rest very good.

Pros: -Good value for money, less than RM50 per pax for 4 people -Comfortable bed (King Koil brand) + new furniture -The condo is newly build so everything is new -Free parking at basement -Swift check-in process at level G, no queue and very fast to get the key from the counter -kitchen utensils, oven, induction cooker, fridge, all provided Cons: -only 2 bottle water provided, no water dispenser machine (pro tips: there is one outside the gym at level 39) -floor cleanliness can be improved, found some dirt and sand on the floor -swimming pool is not that clean, also told by the security guard that we can't use the swimming pool that day, not sure the reason -lift is taking soooooo long time to reach you, suggest to avoid peak hour like noon 12PM checkout time -quiet surroundings, only have a mart downstairs, everything else need to take car =Overall, a good experience due to good value for money.
