"The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Even though the building has an older charm, it's been well maintained. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated not having to request housekeeping, as they took care of it daily. We loved the newly renovated pools, which seemed to be heated, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. The food was delicious, but keep in mind they have a dress code for the breakfast buffet and require proper swimwear at the pool. The only downside was the elevators — they were a bit slow on Sunday, but the wait times were fine on other days. The WiFi connection isn’t the most reliable if you're planning to work, so it's a good idea to have a backup like a mobile hotspot. There's minimal noise from the renovation outside, but it's not too disruptive. The hotel TV is an older flat-screen but has all the standard cable channels. The AC works well, and all the essentials like the shower, faucet, bidet, toilet, and phones are in good working order. The bedding, mattresses, and pillows are clean and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. *We stayed for 4D3N to unwind and celebrate my son's birthday.*"

"The hotel is accessible. Room is clean and spacious (special thanks to Ms. Carmi Gamboa of Grand Westside for the upgrade). Staff are nice and helpful. Thankful for the complimentary cake that they gave my son for his birthday. Pool is nice and the kids would definitely have fun (2ft and 4ft only). This is one of the hotels I would recommend. Very affordable"

"We had a great experience and would definitely be back. As the hotel is relatively new, the rooms and amenities are clean and create good vibes. Staffs are very welcoming, which match the hotel's great and bright interiors/ambiance. It's within MOA complex, hence food establishments and recreational activities are just a stone throw away! The play room is also a plus especially for those with little ones."

"Got the WOW factor as soon as I walked in. The Hotel is Plush, first thought was my clothes were not good enough for here. The atmosphere emitted Style, Taste very classy as all my friends commented as well as when I booked didn't realise it was a High End stay. So many helpful staff at the Lobby, Restaurants and House cleaning, big thank you Alex!! Sunsets at the pool and rooftop bar were just amazing. Did I say pool? It was great"

"We stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had."
