"The place is beautiful and comfortable. The cleanliness is good. The reception staff, Mahmoud and Mohamed, are very respectful in their interactions. Responses are quick. There's a large mosque nearby where Friday prayers are held. It's also close to laundromats, convenience stores, and several restaurants and cafes like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and Dunkin'. There's also a Panda supermarket nearby. The soundproofing in the hallways isn't great, you can hear noises. Parking is shared with no dedicated spots, but it's within the same block."

"One of my best stays in Riyadh. Beautiful, spacious property, with a big gym, sauna/steam/cold bath, and multiple pools. My room was also spacious, overlooking a garden. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Wifi across the whole property, but sometimes it was a little slow in my room."

"I have booked this hotel for a long layover while flying domestically through Riyadh. It's close to the airport, and the staff were very nice and friendly. It's an apartment hotel with a small usable kitchenette. The room itself was small, but it had whatever you needed. I was surprised to find a scale in the room!
With the current prices in Riyadh, I felt the hotel was reasonable for its price range and the location depends on your needs."

When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

GGuest UserGiven how expansive Riyadh is, this hostel is in a good location and helpful instructions were provided via WhatsApp prior to arrival. Others staying at Su Casa were people living and working in the city, but there were small and meaningful opportunities to meet others over coffee and discussion. The bed was comfortable and the amenities basic but more than sufficient. I did not love Riyadh as a city personally but I certainly felt at home and like nothing was a worry. For anyone arriving via public transport, buses accept Visa and Mastercard and it is possible to connect nearby (~10 min walk) to buses, although expect to face traffic depending on the time of day.

The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues. I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.
