"Review: 5-Star Comfort with a Small Location Caveat Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city. What I loved: Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!"
"Very nice. A simple note: the bathrooms have a slope that isn't right; the water doesn't flow directly into the drains, it only flows in the area. But the rest is, to be honest, very nice."
"Good location, for this price in area consider the best, pretty clean but not new hotel, so the smell of wood is there… overall it’s a good place to stay"
"A very nice hotel, with lovely ambiance and staff is great. Rooms were very clean with lots of amenities. Food was good quality and value. The 13th floor lounge overlooks the kingdom centre with nice views. Highly recommend it for business travel or leisure."
"Very good hotel located in the center of the city. with spacious room and clean. Breakfast is also very good , staff are friendly. King Fahd Library Metro station is only 10 minutes walking away from hotel."

Amazing
GGuest UserRooms fittings and bedding quality are excellent. Most commendable is the morning breakfast with excellent spread..
GGuest UserOverall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.
GGuest UserThe place is new and very clean, the staff were friendly and I like the balcony and the city view. The parking entrance and exit is very tight, so if you drive big vehicle, watch out, you may stuck in there!
GGuest UserGiven how expansive Riyadh is, this hostel is in a good location and helpful instructions were provided via WhatsApp prior to arrival. Others staying at Su Casa were people living and working in the city, but there were small and meaningful opportunities to meet others over coffee and discussion. The bed was comfortable and the amenities basic but more than sufficient. I did not love Riyadh as a city personally but I certainly felt at home and like nothing was a worry. For anyone arriving via public transport, buses accept Visa and Mastercard and it is possible to connect nearby (~10 min walk) to buses, although expect to face traffic depending on the time of day.
HHassan Mansour 1305The perfect stay. For that price and that location it’s already worth it. The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues. I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.
