GGuest UserWe spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe place is really nice, it was decorated all around and had greats lighting and sceneries. The rooms are also really cozy and have a lot of stuff like a small fridge, hair dryer, cabinets, you can customize the lights in the shower and the blinds with an IPad and the tv facing the bed is really nice. Furthermore it’s pretty quiet there. Awesome place, really worth it for the price

GGuest UserI had a nice stay at Moxy Boston. The hotel is modern and clean, and the location is very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The room was small but comfortable, good for a short stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the airport. It was snowing heavily when we went there. There is a shuttle bus at the airport, but you need to make a reservation by phone. To wait for the bus, you need to go to the departure hall on the second floor, exit 241.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

GGuest UserIt's within 5 mins walk to Red line JFK train station. And the hotel has free shuttle to Airport and Convention center. There's a microwave in the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the free cookies are nice too.

From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, the staff members were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel truly valued as a guest.
