Great location in the middle of all the museums in Cleveland. Five minute Uber ride Little Italy.’s Great restaurants.

The accommodation environment and service are very good, but the price is a bit expensive for business travel.

Booked a last-minute one-night stay and it was perfect—clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We also spent the rest of our night at The Vault, which was such a fun bonus. Great location overall. Would definitely stay again.

The staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a nice view of the city. The baseball stadium was right across the street as well.

Reasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.
