Great location in the middle of all the museums in Cleveland. Five minute Uber ride Little Italy.’s Great restaurants.

The accommodation environment and service are very good, but the price is a bit expensive for business travel.

Close to airport. Expensive food but understandable for location not close to any restaurants

Booked a last-minute one-night stay and it was perfect—clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We also spent the rest of our night at The Vault, which was such a fun bonus. Great location overall. Would definitely stay again.

It was very nice hotel, good location, and some staff are very helpful.

The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

Great location. Close to alot of amenities without all the heavy traffic. Very clean and WONDERFUL staff! Door Man/Valet, to security, to cleaning staff. All wonderful and very pro-active for everything we needed!

The staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a nice view of the city. The baseball stadium was right across the street as well.

Reasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.
