Great location in the middle of all the museums in Cleveland. Five minute Uber ride Little Italy.’s Great restaurants.

It was very nice hotel, good location, and some staff are very helpful.

I liked the room just didnt like how parking was make sure u bring 55 to 24 dollars a day to park at the hotel. I think that should of been talked about more when booking.

Booked a last-minute one-night stay and it was perfect—clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We also spent the rest of our night at The Vault, which was such a fun bonus. Great location overall. Would definitely stay again.

The staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a nice view of the city. The baseball stadium was right across the street as well.

Reasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.
