"This is a clean, spacious hotel, a leading hotel in Columbus. The reception staff is friendly and attentive, and the facilities are well-equipped. Cleaned daily, the room is fully stocked with tea bags, sugar, and milk. There's a small shop on the first floor, selling Ohio souvenirs, as well as cookies and instant noodles for those occasional needs. There's also a microwave for heating instant noodles. It felt like home. This is a luxurious hotel."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is spacious, clean, well-equipped and the reception is warm. Very satisfied!
GGuest UserEveryone we interacted with was fantastic- bar staff, valets, front desk. Best place to stay if you are visiting the convention center- the skybridge is not temperature regulated but still super convenient for traffic related reasons. The food was great and took virtually no time at all to prepare if you called down and ordered. I don't believe there was room service. There was water in the lobby and microwaves on the first floor around the corner from the elevator but not within the room.
GGuest UserLovely inn! Exceptionally clean, easy to access from the freeway and very close to the north market (15 minutes on the bus!). The room was so much nicer than I was expecting - honestly, nicest motel type accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, massive TV, warm and comfortable bed. Our friend who came to stay in another room also could bring his dogs (for a modest extra fee), which was pretty nice. In the morning they also gave us a coffee and breakfast sandwich, which was generously sized and very tasty! Definitely hope to stay here again - perfect for weekend trips to Columbus.
GGuest UserAll I can say about this hotel is that the rooms are nice, but the AC was not working, The whole night I was sweating, and when I went down to see if someone could come, nobody came. There is no microwave in the room, so you have to go all the way to the lobby to heat up your food and then come back to your room. The last thing I did not like about it is that after you took a shower, the water does not flush fast. It takes a very long time for the water to flush and then it leaves a dirty stain at the bottom.
GGuest UserThe positive things: Great customer service- nice, friendly, great hospitality workers/associates- close to everything ( stores, restaurants, gas stations, churches, parks, etc… has heated pool, breakfast area, a lot of parking area. The negative things: The hotel needs fixing- pool keypad is broken- you will need an associate to come and open the pool door also they need to tint the pool windows area so people from outside won’t see you swimming because the window is wide open. In my room 316 the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working, the bathroom floor water was coming out, idk why, maybe a leak? The heater panel was broken and coming off, carpet needs a good cleaning, hallway smells like smoke/cigarettes, you hear cars outside, police’s, ambulances, traffic noises and also you hear kids or people walking in the hallway or next to your room- so it’s not sound proof. I wanted to stay another night but the price was too expensive over $100 so I passed.
WweihuaThe hotel is close to the airport, and there is a free car to pick up and drop off the airport. Clean and tidy, and the room is quite big. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, as well as gas stations, parking is free, it is recommended to stay
GGuest UserI really don't have anything negative to say, location is super close to where I needed to be, it was very clean not new or fancy but clean and very functional. everything in my room worked, all in all I was very happy with my stay.
GGuest UserThe front desk employees were friendly and the room and facilities were clean. The Trip app said the deposit could be paid with either cash or credit card, but upon arrival, they only accepted credit cards, so be aware of this, especially travelers from mainland China who might not have a Visa/MasterCard. If you only have a Chinese UnionPay card, this hotel will not accept that. The swimming pool was small but clean, and the gym was small but clean, also. You can hear the noise from my he freeway nearby from your room, so if you're a really light sleeper, you would need earplugs. The location is good, near a major highway interchange so it's easy to get around Columbus from here. The rooms don't have amenities that are commonplace in Chinese hotels of the same category, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, nor bathroom scandals. The bathroom only had bar soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.
XXimensaoxuegaogaoThe room is spacious and bright, and the parking lot is sufficient. The most important thing is that the breakfast is very rich, with milk, meat, eggs, cereals, and fruit salad. It is almost the best breakfast I have had in the United States recently.
MMisty DewaltWe booked the one night and check in was easy and fast. Went thru the hall doors to access our room and the hall was so smokey and smells of **** strong. Our rooms were clean. Vending machine ******. Morning breakfast don't exist. No pool. Over all for just a place to sleep it did its job.
