"This is one of the cleanest and most cozy hotels I've stayed in. I had a 4 bedroom bunk bed that is very comfortable for 4 people. The shared bathrooms were unique for a hotel so I was kind of hesitant in the beginning but upon seeing it in person, I was amazed at how clean and spotless, and well maintained it is. I will definitely stay here again and highly, highly recommend!"

"The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it convenient to reach various universities and attractions. Public transportation is also available to the airport. The facilities are complete, especially the cooking equipment and tableware, which are very comprehensive. The self-service check-in and check-out with passwords is very convenient, and there is also online customer service to answer questions in real time."

"Overall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.  I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying. Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston."

"I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center for four nights during a business trip, and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and resting after long days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay for business travelers. I’d definitely return on future trips to Boston."

"First of all, the location is perfect! It's only a ten-minute walk from Back Bay Station, and then I found that it's very close to Copley Square. The streets are very beautiful. I received the door code for check-in before. But I arrived too early and couldn't open it. The hotel service has surveillance cameras that can remotely open the door when they see the guests at the door. The hotel has a very good feel, a typical warm and cozy small hotel. The elevator is very large, and the front desk can store luggage on the ground floor. The room was very quiet and large on the 3rd floor. The suite has an induction cooker. The sofa is a bit old. The bedding and towels are very clean. The breakfast is a bit simple. I had a piece of bread, and there were eggs and water drinks in the refrigerator. Of course, there was coffee and cereal milk. Water and drinks are available. Apple and cherry drinks are very fragrant. I never drink beverages but I drank a few bottles. A great hotel, recommended!"
