Exceptional. This is a 2-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. It has friendly staff, exceptional facilities, and a great location. It is directly downtown, away from the leading casinos/attractions, but in the heart of the central historic district. The room was cozy but new, and the fixtures and construction were all new and top quality. The restaurant was also above standard! A landmark building itself, the renovation has been praised for its quality and contribution to the Macau historic preservation efforts- and at a quality well above what was expected. The rate was also exceptional compared to the other options I was looking at. Stay at a piece of Macau- and come back to visit! I certainly will!

Check-in around 11pm due to late arrival. Was given a wheelchair accessible room. Front desk was very accommodating to change of room upon our request. Photo of rooms as per hotel's description. Took a shuttle bus from Taipa ferry terminal to Sands Macao. Million Dragon was about 7 mins walking distance from Sands Macao. You can take a bus to MGM macau if lazy to walk there, bus stop was not far from hotel.

We enjoyed the breakfast a lot of varieties and taste, The stuff are very helpful and friendly, The room is very clean big and the bad is very comfortable,The hotel also provided free shuttle bus service, I definitely will stay in this hotel again.

Long story. Overall is still pleasant. Some might say it’s a new hotel, cut some slack for them. Yes and no. If you are not ready, then don’t open. I would say either understaff or staffs are not experienced or well trained. To those that were working there now, I can see that they are doing their very best. Higher management might want to see how to improve further. 1: Reached hotel at 12pm. Put my luggage at reception and went out. They already have my booking and name verified. Came back at 4pm, waited for 30 minutes and gave me the wrong room type from my booking. When I went down to the counter, told me that my room is not ready yet. At 4pm and my room is not ready yet? The fact is that, there’s a group of walked in customers in front of me when I came back. They gave my room to them thinking that I am not back yet. And I have to wait for the other room, which was given a late checked out. And the guest had just left and room is not ready for me. So they put me up in another room to wait for my room. 2: Very generous with space. Room is spacious. Bright. Nice and clean. Which I think it has to be as it is a brand new hotel just opened in less than 2 weeks ago. 3: Stingy with water. Gave only 2 bottles of water. 250ml type. Asked for more and said at most can give 2 more only. 4: Water heater temperature not constant. One moment become very hot and one water becomes cold. And the hot that it suddenly became was very hot. Quite dangerous. 5: There is no robot to bring up your food deliveries and send anything that you request from hotel. You will have to go down to pick up your deliveries and wait for hotel staff to bring to you anything that you request for. I have to wait for 45 minutes for a pair of slippers. 6: The shower area had a design flaw that allows water to flow out when you shower and water ponded right in front the vanity counter. That was how I needed an extra pair of slippers. 7: The blinds of the windows are another wrong choice of blinds to install. You need to lower the entire day blind then you can bring up the black out blind. There are 7 panels of them in the room. My arms are sore after that. And you need to repeat the entire process to bring it up in the morning if you wish to see outside the window. 8: TV doesn’t have access to paid TV. Can only watch local channels. 9: Drop off point do not have a shelter like neighboring buildings. You get wet going in and out of the hotel entrance if it rains. 10: My room was on the top floor. Each time the lift moves, I can hear the braking lock engaging and disengaging. I can also feel the vibration from the gears that lowers and pulls the ropes. I am not a light sleeper and I can hear it. 11: Windows are double glazed. But still can hear the rain splattering while sleeping.

Good , it's close to the Airport . Walking distance. However when arrive midnight , nearby no restaurant were open . 1st Floor have vending machine for a Cup of Noodles . Overall experience were good , Front Office staff were helpful as well .

Firstly, I would like to compliment the concierge lady who checked us in the hotel did excellent work. Well-trained staff greeted us during our stay The suite is very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the hardwares are all well-equipped Venetian Macao is highly recommened to everyone staying and enjoying vacations.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

Having stayed at The Parisian was by far the highlight of our first time trip to Macao. This was a surprise birthday trip set up by my partner, and as she unveils the lengths of how The Parisian assisted her in setting up our stay, It really gave me a perspective of how a 5 Star Service is meant to be. From the amazing staff (Special mention to Ericson), the amazing amenities, the amazing view, a big clean and comfortable room, and of course the attention to detail on our special request (birthday surprise). Thank you Parisian Macao, for the memorable experience. We are sure to come back once again and most definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

I brought my 80-year-old mother to travel and chose this hotel with no negative reviews. It was really good! First of all, the front desk kept asking what kind of entertainment the elderly like. When they heard that the elderly wanted to go to the temple, they immediately gave them two one-day light rail cards; when they went to the hotel swimming pool to swim, the waiter was very enthusiastic to introduce the constant temperature swimming pool and the lava infrared dry steam room, which was super awesome! Not only were snacks and drinks free when I returned to the room, but the Filipino waiter also asked me very enthusiastically what else I needed; the waiter in the breakfast restaurant also had a very good memory. On the first day, the elderly asked for honey to accompany the yogurt. On the second day, the honey was delivered as soon as they sat down... In addition, the elderly liked the design of the bathroom very much and asked me to decorate the bathroom of my new house exactly like this hotel! The only choice for off-season travel!
