In the vicinity of the hotel, there is also some scenic area nearby such as Ruins of St. Paul's, A-Ma Temple and characteristic shops, souvenir street, etc., so that you can buy special souvenirs easily. The hotel's unique architecture, clean and comfortable rooms, is an ideal choice for guests traveling and business.

"The sixth-floor balcony has a clothes-drying area. The room window can be opened for ventilation. Thumbs up! 👍 It's just a few minutes' walk to Senado Square in Macau, and about a twenty-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Thumbs up!"

Perfect
GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a glowing review! The room was minimalist and clean overall, with a refreshing and pleasing color scheme. The wooden floor paired with soft furnishings created a warm and comfortable ambiance. The bed was soft and tidy, and the bedding was skin-friendly; I could relax quickly once I lay down and had a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent. The marble tiles were clean and shiny, the shower pressure was strong, and the toiletries were fully stocked. The towels were soft and odor-free, and the entire bathroom was spotless. The room facilities were complete, with air conditioning, a TV, a writing desk, and a hanging area. The window provided good natural light, and there was ample storage space, making it easy to organize luggage. Overall, the cleanliness details were perfect; there was no dust in the corners. The decor was simple yet grand, and the layout was reasonable and not cramped. It offers great value for money, the environment is quiet and not noisy, making it suitable for both travel and rest. The service was attentive and thoughtful. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation!

GGuest UserThis is *the* hotel to choose when visiting Macau, no question! A bit pricey, but absolutely flawless otherwise! I've stayed here for three consecutive years now, and it's consistently excellent! The service attitude is fantastic, the hygiene is top-notch, and the decor is beautiful and elegant. It's super conveniently located right near Senado Square! You get complimentary mini-bar access (once per stay), including snacks, red wine, and drinks. You can even try your hand at pour-over coffee, which is a really cool experience! We booked a twin room, and the window offered a view of the famous Ruins of St. Paul's, which was absolutely brilliant! They also noted that it was a birthday celebration, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and even sent a small cake! I was so delighted!

TTCIKThis was my first stay at Andaz, and I found everything—the environment, service, cleanliness, and amenities—to be excellent overall. The staff was incredibly friendly. This trip was a family celebration, and I'd like to specially thank Front Office Supervisor REA R SYIA for her detailed check-in introduction and thoughtful arrangements. Traveling with a baby, the hotel was very accommodating in providing children's facilities and all the supplies we needed. The hotel room was beautiful, and my child especially loved the bathtub! 👍🏼👍🏼 As a guest, you can also enjoy the hotel's happy hour bar from 5 PM to 7 PM. There's also a delicious Portuguese restaurant within the hotel. 👍🏼👍🏼 Getting to the Grand Resort Deck only requires a short walk outdoors, which is quite convenient.

Wwhosahm111Our annual family vacation at Four Seasons Macao did not disappoint once again. I have to commend their swimming pool; it's absolutely fantastic. The South of France-inspired environment is beautiful, and the kids didn't want to leave. The poolside service is excellent – no matter where we sat, a server would promptly bring fresh fruit and Häagen-Dazs ice cream, with two or three flavors to choose from. These little details really make you feel cared for and pampered. Special mention goes to Mr. Nishikazu, the Housekeeping Manager, a gentleman from Japan. His service awareness is impeccable – professional, meticulous, and he handles situations with great grace. To be honest, we encountered a minor issue early in our stay, but Mr. Nishikazu stepped in immediately and resolved it thoroughly and thoughtfully. This actually made us even more confident in the Four Seasons' service. Having a manager like him in charge truly puts guests at ease. The overall service standard is consistently Four Seasons quality. The staff are warm and professional without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance. We choose the Four Seasons for our annual Macao vacation every year precisely for this relaxing and reassuring experience. Although the hotel has been around for many years, its quality remains top-notch. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to families visiting Macao with children!

GGuest UserFrankly, for a five-star property the offering falls slightly short of expectations. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are unquestionably the highlight. That said, for a premium experience, the jacuzzi tub in our room was defective and non-functional, and several towels were visibly worn, some even had holes in them. It’s surprising these details weren’t caught before arrival, but they feel worth noting for a property at this level.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on a small hill, but they offer a shuttle service to the Border Gate. There's also a bus stop right across from the hotel. The front desk upgraded me to a balcony room, and the small window on the balcony faces the Macau Tower, which makes for some really unique photos.
