Awarded two MICHELIN Keys, Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers a stunning tribute to Macau's rich cultural heritage and vibrant traditions, paired with Forbes Travel Guide elegance and sumptuous comfort. From its modern, Chinoiserie-inspired interiors to bespoke art pieces created by famous local artists, the hotel tower showcases the exotic grandeur of East-meets-West, presented in elegant and exquisite detail. The hotel tower's 1350 guestrooms offer opulent relaxation with a breath-taking view of Cotai or the resort's Jardim Secreto. The spacious rooms and suites range from 60 to 300 square metres, with luxurious in-room amenities and attentive service that elevate the Lisboa standard to a new level of excellence.

"Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities are magnificent, the room was very comfortable, and the service was remarkable for the vast majority of my stay. I truly enjoyed the experience and, in many respects, the establishment deserves its five-star reputation. However, I do want to mention an important point for future guests regarding the hotel's transportation service. On the night of the fireworks, the hotel transported us to old Macau. We naturally assumed we could also use the hotel's transportation to return after the event. However, upon returning, we learned that the buses were reserved for VIP guests and that we couldn't board. Therefore, I recommend that future guests clearly check with the hotel, before departing, if the offered transportation also includes the return journey and if it is accessible to all guests or only to VIP guests. This information was not clear to us, and we ended up having to arrange our own transportation to get back to the hotel. I can perfectly understand that a bus might be full or that the hotel has a particular policy for certain guests. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. A staff member spoke to us very abruptly and raised their voice, even though we were simply trying to understand how to get back to the hotel. I reported the situation to the hotel upon my return. I was listened to, but unfortunately, no one contacted me the next day to follow up or simply acknowledge what had happened. It's a shame, because apart from this incident, my stay was truly excellent. A simple gesture of attention or a follow-up from management would probably have completely changed my impression of this situation. Despite everything, I still have a very good overall impression of the hotel and the quality of its facilities. I just hope that the round-trip transportation service will be explained more clearly to future guests and that this type of situation will be handled better in the future."

"This is my fourth time staying at Wynn Palace, and I keep choosing it because the Wynn Palace team is incredibly dedicated and attentive to guests' needs; every single team member is exceptionally friendly. During check-in, Mr. Terry Ng Ka Wah assisted me. Not only was he polite and efficient throughout the process, but what truly surprised me was that he remembered me at check-out, even greeting me warmly and proactively. This level of thoughtfulness and professionalism, truly putting guests at the heart of their service, made me feel incredibly valued and warm inside. "We'd like to start by thanking Lisa_Y once again for her kind and attentive help with our booking questions during our stay at Studio City Macau — the same wonderful support we received during the Shenzhen leg of our trip. That said, we ran into the same ”perks” terminology issue we experienced in Shenzhen. The benefits provided by the hotel as standard and the perks provided separately by Trip.com weren't clearly distinguished, so once again we had to double-check at check-in which items actually applied. As mentioned before, we believe this really needs to be clarified between Trip.com and the hotel in advance. The water park, however, was truly top-notch. It was the absolute highlight of our time with the kids, and honestly good enough that we'd happily come back to Macau just for it again. One small downside was that, despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell in the room. Aside from that, though, we were overall very satisfied with our stay, and it made for a wonderful trip with the children."

"This was my first stay at the Morpheus Macau, and after two consecutive nights, I'm extremely satisfied with the overall experience. It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Upon arrival at the front desk, the warm welcome from staff member Tiffany left us with an excellent first impression. Her attitude was incredibly professional and thoughtful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and she thoughtfully introduced us to the hotel's facilities and highlights, making us feel right at home. Once in the room, we found fresh welcome fruits beautifully arranged – the attention to detail was impeccable, showing how much the hotel values its guests. Breakfast was served at 'T'ang Court,' where the ambiance was superb. Besides the high quality of the food, the staff's service was spot-on, clearing dishes promptly and considerately. Opened in 2018, the City of Dreams – Morpheus Macau offers travelers a pleasant stay in Macau, whether for business or leisure purposes. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Macau International Airport and 11km from Zhuhai Railway Station. There's plenty to do nearby, with Venetian Theatre, Casino at Venetian Macao and Carmel Garden all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Macau hotel offers parking on site.

"The Morpheus truly lives up to its reputation as the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Macau! Zaha Hadid's architectural masterpiece, with its unique exoskeleton structure, was breathtaking at first sight. The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!"
