No cash deposit was required. Even when I checked out three hours earlier than noon the next day, they still allowed me to park my car there until 12:30 PM until we were ready to go back to KL. I really appreciate that, as usually there are charges. My overall experience at this 3-star hotel was good."

"Beautiful staycation. Have been wanted to try this classic and the oldest hotel in Malacca for so long and my husband decided to stay here for me and my son’s birthday this year. Very good location literally 5 minutes away from all the attractions, 5 minutes to Jonker Walk & museums. The services also very impressive. They provided small yummy chocolate cake and deco for our birthdays inside the room. My husband also got assisted with his wheelchair as he was just one week post op. Breakfast were ala carte style but you can have unlimited orders. Malacca curry noodles was yummy! Swim pool also simple but super nice my kids love it. The room deco was classic and everything was perfect! Had a great staycation here and even recommended it to our family members. Thank you Majestic Malacca for our beautiful family staycation 😊"

"Awesome location as Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan just a stone throw distance away from Hatten Hotel. Our coach dropped us off at the bus terminal which was 2 mins away from the hotel too. "We had great stay at The Lisbon located at Kampung Portugis, Malacca. It is beyond what was our request, a relaxing stay with pool for the kids. At first we tought the hotel was an abandoned place, and no one booked at Trip.Com yet. But thanks to Mimie, one of the Reception Admin, she ensured us that it is a great place to stay. So, we cross finger, booked it right away. Loved the interior of the buildings, it white, and have floral blue on top. The scenery is quite astounished. Our room are facing the Selat Melaka view. There are pool for the kids and adult to enjoy with. For halal food, there is halal restaurant at the nearby stay for you to enjoy Malacca greatest cuisine. This hotel has lots of potential. You wont regret your stay here, because we fully enjoy our stay. Shout out to the Lisbon Hotel team that make our stay, a memorable one. The General Manager, the F&B Manager and his assistance, to Mimie, Fifi and Amir for walking us thru this great experiences."

"We were welcomed warmly by the staffs, with cold desserts during a hot day, after a long journey. Parking was available for guests, easy access, lowered car friendly. Every staffs was friendly. Lovely atmosphere all around. Nearby Jonker Street and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was delicious, a variety of food choices, buffet and ala-carte. Room was clean and spacious. Staff set up aroma candle during evening time too, room smells great, and they cleaned up the room a little while at it too. Overall excellent service! Highly recommended place. Thank you!"
