"This hotel is almost perfect for an overnight stay in McAllen. Below are the reasons: 1) Close to airport, less than 4-5 minutes of walking, hotel facing terminal and you can see it. 2) A huge mall within walking distance from hotel, 5-8 minutes, with eateries, food court and shopping. 3) Rooms are clean, with a fridge and microwave. 4) There is a pool and gym facilities. 5) Staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Below are what I felt a little short, or else would be perfect: 1) Shuttle bus runs only from airport to hotel. Given the close proximity of the two properties, shuttle bus can be utilize to other places of interest, like shopping mall. 2) No meat option for breakfast, like sausages or bacon. 3) Water pressure for basin and shower can be stronger."

"This is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month."

"We went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of."

"The hotel looks old and needs maintenance. The elevator was in really bad condition, and the floor mats smelled old. The pool was dirty and also needs maintenance. There were no large towels available in the pool area. In the room, they only provided two towels even though we were three people."

"Actually I was staying there for a couple of hours upon arrival on Sunday night transiting to Mexico on Monday morning, that’s my 2nd stay in this hotel, everything is good and at high CP value, it makes sense for commercial stay. However, one thing I must voice out and ask hotel to get it improved is to that, the water flow on the bathroom no matter from the shower or from the tap was slow, I was staying in the 2nd floor and it was not supposed to be low water pressure, that must be upgraded and fixed immediately as most likely I will be staying again in my trip that higher water pressure and water flow are normally expected."

"In a rural area like Texas, the hotel is pretty good, but the hygiene is indeed a bit painful for girls. I even saw ants on the bed, which made me afraid to sleep all night. The restroom is relatively clean. The guy at the front desk of the hotel also has a very good attitude and can basically answer most of your questions. The shuttle bus can also take you to a place not far away for free. There is a driver whose English is a little bit not very good, but he can understand simple things. Yes, it will be much more convenient to speak Spanish in Mcallen."

"This hotel is in a great location, just a 2 km walk from the airport. There is also La Plaza Mall along the way, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The room is spacious and clean. The only drawback is that there is hair on the towel, but the overall accommodation experience is still good. The front desk service is friendly, and the simple breakfast with small pastries and coffee is also satisfactory and worth recommending."
